Simple question. In an all out battle of villains, who would win? Would Robotnik from Sonic the Hedgehog (a.k.a. Sonic Sat AM) win, or would Eggman from Sonic X?

I personally believe Robotnik would win and I don't think it's just nostalgia talking. Ignoring everything else, Robotnik could strangle Eggman with his robotic arm. I'll give a more in-depth analysis later.

Eggman doesn't have roboticization. And in short he is a whuss in Sonic X. Robotnik all the way.
 
If you read the first post you'd see was I was talking about Robotnik of the Sonic "Sat AM" show versus Eggman from Sonic X. They're completely different depictions of the character and I'm asking who would win.
 
I did read the first post. And even if the depictions are different (something that you *didn't* bring up in your post), it's still a strange question since they're depictions of the same character.
 
It's not strange at all, actually. I've seen other questions about how different takes of the same character would fare against one another. It's a hypothetical question for fun.
 
I think Robotnik would win, unless Eggman cheats. Which he would.

But still, gotta go with Robotnik on this one.
