Which of these two is more suitable for my Adamant-natured Rampardos? I can't decide which one becouse both have a useful effect(Rock Polish greatly increases speed, while Sword Dance greatly increases attack).

Personally, I'd give it Swords Dance. It's speed is pretty low, only reaching a max of 236, so you should spend your time focusing on its attack. Can you imagine getting hit with a Stone Edge backed by 471 attack, 1 or 2 Swords Dance, STAB, and possibly a critical hit?

You can always have a Ninjask BP Speed Boosts and SDs, Rampardos's defenses are too fragile to buff by itself.

Yah, definately go with what they said.

Wait, Cranidos doesn't learn swords dance normally, does he? If he doesn't, then where is the TM that contains it, or what Pokemon do you have to breed with a Cranidos to get that move?

Either can work, really. Rampardos has a near-base 100 HP to help out out with its poor DEF and SD, anyway. If you were to EV train it for SPD and ATK, then go for Rock Polish, as few Pokemon can withstand its sky-high Attack score, anyway. If you go HP and ATK for EVs, then choose Swords Dance. Either way, I probably wouldn't use the two moves at all, and go with a moveset similar to Stone Edge, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt and Crunch/Hammer Arm with a Choice Band.

Sword Dance - TM 75. A prize in Veilstone City Game Corner.

Ah, that's why. I dropped into the rewards thing once, saw how much the prices had skyrocketed, then turned around and walked right out before considering any of the items. Meh.

For that alone, I'm teaching my Cranidos rock polish.

Yeah I know what you mean. Looks like some one has added a secret tax to the prizes now. lol.

I most definitely concur. I mean, geez...a 200,000y pricetag for Ice Beam and etc is utterly ridiculous. I hope this change doesn't carry through to the next generation...
