Anonymous sources indicate that a new, unknown villain intends to commit a "string of mass-murders, targeting the residents of various small English town and killing them in increasingly violent and creative ways" leading up to a particularly "devastating" act which has not yet been revealed. The Crimson Knight has risen to meet this new challenger, will he have what it takes?

Re: ROGUES GALLERY: Enter Alternate (Corruption & Instrutilus)

Silently stalking above the heads of those citizens going about their own business, a silent figure stood. He was looking down to streets, not moving even as the wind smacked him: he couldn't feel it, his exoskeleton being airtight, thus could not feel the chill running throughout the region. His silence was only echoed by his face: unseen apart from his mouth, which displayed absolutely no emotion, his expression as cold as the night around him.

Re: ROGUES GALLERY: Enter Alternate (Corruption & Instrutilus)

May 29th - Clovelly Quay
2:17 A.M. Greenwich Mean Time
Clovelly, Devon, England

Invidia leant against the cobblestone blocks, eyes darting from side to side every now and again in an almost imperceptible movement. Blinking she slowly stood, ignoring the groans of protest her joints made as she stretched to her full height, unused to such strain after the length of time they had been resting for. Wasting no time to survey her surroundings any further Alternate began to stroll along the side of the quay, the water lapping quietly against the edges of the structure.

Her steps were silent, but each movement was permeated by an eerie clacking sound, the two metal balls suspended from the string in her hand that made up the bolas cracking against each other each time she took a step forward. She did not pause in her movements.

She smirked to herself as she approached 'Crazy Kate's Cottage', entering and exiting the building silently, killing all of the residents in under 2 minutes, leaving their corpses suspended from the ceilings, wire round their necks keeping them dangling in place in an almost mockery of suicides. She moved on, just as silent, pinning a note to the door as she continued her brutal attack.

Count; 247

She left naught but death in her wake.

The Crimson Knight remained silent, however within the exoskeleton his visor displayed a report: in Clovelly, a mass murder had just been reported. Deciding it was in his best interest, the Crimson Knight activated his jets and took off South-West from Cardiff, off the Church Spire he had been crouched upon, in order to investigate the incident. He arrived there soon enough, where police had cordoned off the area and were preparing their investigation.

Setting his weapon to 'stun', he fired several silent shots, quickly and accurately knocking out all officers in the area, as well as two citizen witnesses: they'd wake up in approximately an hour. He didn't need officers hunting him down for murder, after all. He landed in front of the Cottage, grabbing a torch of one of the officers, where he spied a note. He didn't detach it from the door, instead merely propping it up with his fingers and snapping a picture of it from his visor when he got a better light upon it.

Entering the area, he immediately noted everything's position, the bodies, the blood splatter, noting how efficiently the murders had been. From the looks of the Thermal Temperatures, it seemed they had all been killed around the same time: impressive at the body count, where there would usually be some discernible temperature difference between the first and last bodies. He snapped pictures, using the taken torch to light up the scene like a flash from a camera: he would just use the night-vision, but that wouldn't allow him to get all the colours, even the non-existent colour Magenta from the top of one of the murdered women. The shape of the marks wasn't lost upon the Knight, who could see that whatever had caused the was spherical and dangerous.

Once he was done, he took a pin from the nearby board and made for the exit. He stopped, turned and pulled the pin of the note out, holding the note perfectly in place and replacing it with another. He placed the pin in a container taken from the CSI Unit, replacing the torch of the officer as well, before taking off. Unless the person had opted for gloves at the time, then pushing the pin would've left a fingerprint upon it and would thus give a possible identification if the person was on record somewhere in the National Database, likely if he or she had been caught before. As he flew, he brought up the note on his visor and began reading...

OOC: I'm suspending this Plot. It hardly seems fair to Instrutilus for the Primary Villain's RP'r to go inactive for what I'm informed will be nearly two weeks right after the Roleplay starts. Will count as a Victory for Instrutilus, but NOT a defeat for Corruption. This Plot can be re-opened at any time, but both characters will be considered available now for other Roleplays.
