I'm probably going to be quite cruel about this but here I go.
To begin, the Ninetails has no nose and for a Pokemon with a muzzle, it would look better with one. Next your outlining has fuzzy outside edges. That can be prevented by converting the color before you begin, or drawing with a line that has no Feather option on it (its what gives lines the outside fuzzy edge). Lastly, never save anything as a .gif unless it needs to be used for something like a banner or animation. It butchered the quality and gives anything with a gradient a pixel look.
Now what I like about the picture is the use of colors, the fact that you managed to create enough contrast that the Ninetails and Vulpix weren't lost in the background. As well the Ninetails and the Vulpix look darling.
