Rotom!!!!

Ok So I cannot get my Rotom's to come out with the Hidden Power I want.

I need one Rotom with HP Fire 70 Base Power
I also need a Rotom with HP Grass 70 Base Power

If somebody can do this I would gladly give them two shinies for each.
I know its hard to get HP and for it to be 70 Base so If you Hack there IVs to get these I honestly Do not Care.
