i think in black and white, it would be cool if rotom could evolve, and have acsess to a bunch of new fourms, other than the apliance fourms. i think it would be cool if he could be a jackhammer with the move stone edge or earthquake.

No, I don't see Rotom getting an evolution any time soon. But I do see it getting new appliances (like the ones you mentioned). Maybe a TV Rotom with Metal Burst and a computer with Flash Cannon.
