[Midorikawa]

Royal Academy is a school for the prestigious and rich, and is of course a boarding school. However due to a fire burning down a sister school of theirs (Goldwater Prep), the school is now taking in some of the students. Ironically the two schools never got along being their sister school was much lower class, not to mention much more rambunctious so to speak. Now the two must live in peace while dealing with being roommates of each other.

So basically this is slice of life kind of RP, though I will toss in fun events and what not. You can sign up as a teacher. They have uniforms which I will explain in the RP. Also the school allows others from different countries to study at it without needing a green card or anything of the such. The RP will start with Goldwater Students arriving at Royal. They have not been united yet.

Appearance: Phoenix has long red hair that reaches to his waist and normally has locks curling up, and it also tends to seem as though his hair is made of feathers. His bangs hang loosely in front of his fire like eyes, and his skin is light skinned. He generally wears nice dress shirts and pants, or outfits based off of 18th century French clothing. He is very tall standing at about 6’5’’ with a slim build.

Personality: Phoenix no matter how much he tries to avoid it is an aristocrat. He prefers nice things over rough things, and looks down on others. However he also has a kind side, and can relate to the lower class. He tends to hide his true emotions and mask them with fake ones, preferring for others not to see his constant pain. He cares for his family, especially his youngest niece more than anything. If he likes you then he is kind and helpful, however when on his bad side, prepare for unkind actions such as pranks. If he is in a bad mood he smokes.

History: Phoenix was raised as an aristocrat in Paris, France, his family descending from some lord, and eventually becoming a large known business company. Growing up he was taught many things to one day be able to take over the company. However he disagreed and often performed slight rebellious acts, especially when compared to his older sister. At sixteen he ran away from home having finished high school two years early. From there he lived on his own, attending college secretly. At college he met the girl of his dreams, Ester. He fell in love with her almost immediately, and the two soon married and had two sons. However one day a car took away the three and Phoenix was left all alone. It was then that his parents finally managed contact with him. He went back home, brooding about his loss. His parents then procured him a job as a teacher at Royal Academy, and since then he has been working there.

Other: He is bilingual speaking French and English fluently, and even knowing Arabic (Egyptian and literary) as well as German (NOTE: He isn’t entirely fluent in anything minus English and especially French, however he is fluent enough to translate). He can play violin and piano. His family are the only ones that he allows to call him by his first name.

Name: Blazil Solaire

Appearance: Blazil has blazing red hair that goes just past her shoulders, and bangs that reach her chin. Her eyes are like fire, and her skin is light due to not going out in the sun often. She is short for the average girl her age, and generally wears her school uniform. However on days when she doesn’t have to (AKA weekends and holidays) she wears skirts or pants, depending on the weather, and blouses.

Personality: Blazil is shy around others, and very timid, especially around guys. Around girls she can speak normally but is still shy. Her family is the only exception to the guy rule as she is entirely comfortable around them, especially her uncle. She is quite intelligent, and loves to read. She adores birds, and has one as a pet. She backs down in a fight or when bullies are bullying her. She has no issues chiding her uncle for anything he does wrong, such as smoking. With friends she will bravely defend them, however she has trust issues and thus doesn’t make friends easily nor does she currently have any.

History: Blazil grew up in Paris, France learning to be a proper aristocrat. She attended an all-girls school, and any interactions with men outside of her family had been bad, thus causing her to form slight androphobia. Outside of school life she enjoyed spending time with her uncle when he came home, relating to him due to not enjoying the way she was raised. She was allowed to attend Royal Academy due to her uncle being a teacher at it.

Appearance: Flaree has red hair layered, going just past her shoulders, and eyes like fire, a common trait in her family. She is slightly tall for her age with a thin build. She generally wears clothing that shows off her slightly tanned skin and female curves when not in uniform.

Personality: Flaree is vain, and narcissistic. She also has no issues using others to get what she wants. She looks down on others, but by no means is dumb as she excels in her classes. She loves to flirt with guys and mess with them. She is in love with her uncle despite him not returning her feelings. She often tries to get his attention and has no issues with kissing him in public or what not. She loves to torture her younger sister.

History: Flaree grew up in Paris, France learning to be a proper aristocrat. She attended an all-girls school, thus she had little interaction with men outside of her family. This caused her to form an obsession for her uncle do to him being the kindest man she had met in her life. She had no issues learning what she had to, and took pride in it. Name: Ruby Diggs Lombardo-Adair

Appearance: Ruby has shoulder length red hair with a stripe of his non-existent bangs being died silver, and silver eyes. He is average height for his age, and fit with slightly tan skin skin. Outside of school uniform his clothing choice varies.

Personality: Ruby is cheerful and hopeful despite his circumstances. He stands up for his friends and hopes for a real family one day. He’s a goofball, and loves a good time. He is kind and caring with others. He is always looking to help if someone needs it, and is glad to. He is a fan of video games, and can get quite emotional while playing. He is smart but lazy, and tends to procrastinate at times, yet somehow manages to get good grades. He enjoys reading.

History: Ruby is an orphan. He grew up in a crappy foster home all his life where he was restricted to the house pretty much 24/7 minus school or whenever his foster mother took him out. He was nothing more than a money maker to her and later in life her boyfriend as well. He even suffered abuse by their hands. At fourteen the system discovered the abuse of him, and took him from them. When he turned old enough he applied for Goldwater Prep and was accepted (not that it was surprising since pretty much everyone is accepted.) The system allowed it to become his new home (he was fifteen by this time.) In the fire he lost everything, though he luckily didn’t have that much to begin with. He was ecstatic that he wouldn’t have to go back into the system due to being allowed to join Royal Academy.

Other: Opal is deaf and has sinus problems. She was given to Ruby by a friend at Goldwater. He is bisexual.

Name: Marilee Jackson

Appearance: Marilee has short blonde hair that she regularly bleaches, although you can see the brown roots. She tends to try to copy teen fashions, and continues this habit despite the fact that the results are never good. At the moment, she is into tank tops and jean shorts with writing on them. This habit was well received at Goldwater, but it's a different matter at Royal.

Marilee has friendly brown eyes with a surprisingly youthful sparkle to them, reflecting her childish spirit.

Personality: Marilee is cheerful and childish, frequently surprising her students with her antics. However, she isn't the best at following the new rules at Royal, and after several scoldings is now walking on thin ice. Marilee hates bullies, and has a bit of an obsession with equality. She gets scary when a student is being treated unfairly, even if its just verbal abuse.

History: When she was young, Marilee's parents disappointed her by never having the time to play. Marilee swore then and there that she would never grow up and become like them, and so far she has kept that promise. Marilee went to school at Goldwater and found she quite enjoyed the atmosphere and the people, and decided to return as a teacher after completing school. She taught there for several years, making good friends with many students and also her fellow teachers.

Name: Kyle Banes
Age: 17
Birthday: November 15
Gender: Male
School: Goldwater Prep

Appearance: Kyle has tanned skin with short black hair and honey brown eyes. He's about 5'10 and has a thin yet average built with soft face features. Kyle usually carries a serious and quiet expression on his face and generally keeps himself on the down low, causing people to sometimes not pay notice to him. He doesn't have a specific clothing style and instead has different types of clothing in his clothing since he just picks whatever he likes.

Personality: Kyle is very quiet, he's not some kind of serious emotional person that hates everyone, he just doesn't really know how to act around others and is afraid of saying or doing something stupid and as thus comes off as a serious person to others. Because of this people tend to make rumors about him due to his calm demeanor, with some people thinking he was just a delinquent. In truth Kyle is just a really huge dork in a sense, he loves video games and movies and once you get to know him he is actually very talkative, usually seeing it as his way to get to know others.

He's very smart though, being good at math and science classes, particularly chemistry as he likes to experiments with things, and also he likes the smoke clouds that come out when you mix chemicals together.

History: Kyle lived a pretty normal life with his parents. Being from hispanic descent his parents always tried to have him learn more about his heritage. He was always very introverted at school, but still managed to gather a small group of friends that stuck with him. Since he was a kid he always had an interest in science and his talent and smarts is what granted him a spot in Goldwater Prep. He enjoyed himself at the school and was glad that he had gotten to go, of course the fire was a big issue and while originally he thought that he would have to say goodbye to those days the news that they would get to join Royal Academy was something that made him happy, though now he's nervous about how changing schools will go.

Name: Cephren Copeland
Age:18
Gender: Male
Birthday: August 9th
School: Royal Academy
Appearance: Cephren is tall and bulky, standing at 6'3" and weighing 220. Much of his bulk is muscle, however. He has short black hair that is kept in loose, large curls, one of which dangles over his face most of the time. He also has a lot of facial hair that he keeps orderly, and trimmed, though he won't go anywhere near a razor. Outside of uniform, he typically wears a t-shirt with a long-sleeved shirt underneath, and blue or black jeans. He carries around a shoulder bag wherever he goes, which holds his books and other items.
Personality: Cephren's defining feature is his Aspergers Syndrome. While his left-brained attributes are highlighted, his right-brained attributes suffer greatly. For example, he is extremely intelligent, especially in regards to science, technology and math, and seeks to learn every language. In contrast, he has trouble speaking to people, is extremely clumsy, and has extreme trouble with tasks such as writing. He also greatly favors logic over creativity. He is proud of his intelligence, but slow to show it, as he hates the idea of attention. He is shy about going near people, and suffers from social anxiety. He feels his intelligence and compassionate heart are curses, as they draw people to him. His hygiene is impeccable, demonstrated by the fact that he compulsively washes his hands whenever he can, using hand sanitizer when soap and water aren't close enough, and he routinely bathes 3 times a day. It is only possible to get close to and befriend him if you can match his intelligence and interests. He is very cautious about who he talks to because how people have judged him in the past. If someone can get close to him, one will find that he can keep friends with the best of them. Between his gentleness despite his intimidating demeanor, his ability to scare off anyone who messes with his friends, and his ability to hold interesting conversations and care for his friends, he's a great person once you can get past his trust issues.
History: Cephren was raised in a purely intellectual household. Being brought up in this manner led to him reading when he was 2, studying major academics at 4, and doing a lot of work with technology at 5. He would often take apart a phone to see how it worked, much like an animal dissection, and put it back together wrong, to the displeasure of his parents. He didn't say his first word until he was 5, however, and couldn't write his own name until he was 8. He refused to interact with anyone, being far too shy to talk to people his own age, and he couldn't hold conversations with them at his level. His teachers disliked him greatly for his issues, and everyone said he would fail in life. Then the bullying began. It wasn't uncommon for him to come home severely beaten by someone who disliked him. As a result, his parents got him into self-defense classes. That, combined with his growth spurts finally hitting, made him very intimidating. By the time he was 12, he not only looked like he could break someone in half, but he would come very close to doing so if someone attacked him. He gradually mellowed out once he was homeschooled, becoming a gentle giant with a love for intelligence and intelligent people all over the world. His intelligence was great enough to garner attention from a lot of prestigious schools, although his Aspergers was a deal breaker for most. With enough tenacity, his parents got him into Royal Academy, where he's been quite satisfied.
Other: In addition to his Aspergers, he also has mild asthma. He also has extreme stage fright.

Name: Cyrus Tenenbaum
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Birthday: May 4th
School: Goldwater Prep
Appearance: Cyrus' reputation is kept aflame by his physical appearance. He's kinda a big guy. He's 6'2, and weighs over 200 pounds. Most of it is pure muscle. His body ripples with lean, sinewy muscle. He's no body builder, but he's got an athletic shape to himself. He also has intense blue eyes, and somewhat pale skin. His raven hair is tousled in a somewhat messy style, and he has a leather jacket he wears.
Personality: Cyrus isn't the talkative sort. The way he sees it, the less you say, the more people will listen when you do talk. A lot of people judge him because of his size and his - admittedly deserved - reputation. He doesn't mind too much. He's a bit of an introvert. That said, sometimes he wishes he had more friends. Deep down, he worries nobody cares about him.
History: It's said that Cyrus was born under a bad moon. That his mother was struck dead by lightning during childbirth, and he was never meant to live. That he has a birthmark shaped like a pentagram on his left bicep. His father tried to kill him, and he went to the kitchen to get a knife to slit Cyrus' throat. But the moment he touched the handle, he had a heart attack, dropping dead. People say that in elementary school, he killed three of the other kids with his bare hands, then tore the teacher's throat out.
The police sent him to prison, where he became the leader of a gang there. He broke out, and took his current name, returning to middle school. There, he joined a gang of delinquents, and he tortured a teacher to death, cooking her alive and eating her in front of the whole class. Then the principal locked himself in his office to escape. Cyrus punched two holes in the door and strangled the man through it. He was so brutal, his own gang tried to off him. He got his face sliced open in the fight, which is what gave him the scars he has. He killed them all with nothing but his own two fists, and has been lying low in high school. Some people think that he burned down Royal Academy to hide the bodies.
