You might want to put descriptions on each of these Pokemon. It'll make rating this team a bit easier.
 
Seems pretty solid, but in my opinion there are better physical attackers than Feraligatr. You already have a water type in omastar but then again it isn't necessarily a bad thing to have two water types. But I think you should either consider putting a choice band on spiritomb or swap spiritomb out completely, with the band it would give it the opportunity to throw out powerful sucker punches and you can still trick a choice item if you want to.

Other strong physical attacker you might want to look into are scizor, darmanitan, metagross, or if you wanna keep the water type Floatzel works well with a choice band and is faster than Feraligatr although a little less durable but it has the option of switcheroo so you can have two trick users as well as a strong physical water type.
 
Spiritomb should definetly have CB if its on your team. The set is:

Spiritomb w/ Choice Band: 252 HP, 252 ATK, 4 DEF, Adamant
Trick
Shadow Sneak
Pursuit
Sucker Punch

Also, a big thing for me about this team is that you have EQ over Sucker Punch or Roar on a Druddigon clearly built for parashuffle. Please consider one of these as well.

Last, but not least, the Omastar seems to be holding your team back offensively. It seems as though you have a generally offensive team, and yet the Omastar just doesn't fit. I have a few suggestions. Durant is a good one, although that would make your team exclusively physical. Another good option for that slot is Galvantula, with choice scarf/specs it can be a force that no one wants to deal with. Last, please consider using Cresselia with a Calm Mind Offensive set. Once it gets going, there's little that can stop it.

Looks good to me, but you should give Whimsicott Taunt so it can better shut down set up sweepers.
 
King John, I hope you will agree that this team is completely destroyed by physically defensive cress. The only special attacker is Omanyte, and it won't appreciate a +1 HP Fighting.
 
You need to focus on Pokemon types you need a bigger type variation that way you can go extreme damage on anything also a set of offensive moves of different types rather than just doing the type of that Pokemon.
 
Whimsicot needs an attack in case it's hit by taunt, Giga drain for examle.
When DW Feraligatr is released use it with Bulldoze insted of EQ and a Choice scarf, otherwise it's OK.
This team is week to Grass types: insted of Sanslash you could use Forrtress or Armarldo as a spinner.
Omastar is OK as a Shell smasher but Lechi Carracosta is better dispite the lower of speed.
You could put Will-o-wisp or Hypnosis on Spiritomb.
And finaly you could use Troh as a lead with Circle throw, Knock off, Thunder/Fire punch and Toxic/ Bulk up.
