And they will get Agatha's name right. The only reason they didn't get Lorelei was probably because they didn't know how to pronounce it. For the longest time I read it wrong and pronounced her "lorry-ellie"

We had "A Three Team Scheme", which is what I originally thought this thread was for.

I'm interested in how they plan to dub Scott. My original thought was that he would have the King Kai voice, but then they went and gave that to Morrison. I'll be happy if they keep him as the mincing, boy-hungry pedophile that he comes off as in the anime and games.

Well, if Scott's voice sucks and the PUSA deal goes through as planned, we won't be hearing too much from him anyway.

I just watched the Japanese version (to prepare for the comparison), and I forgot that the Rocket-Dan get their new motto in this episode. Whoo.

And also, it'll be cool to see Team Rocket's new motto. I didn't even know that they had a new one until you pointed it out, Dogasu. LOL. XD

OMG its NOTHING I expected. REALLY REALLY good episode.

Things to note:
NO 'Sandwich' edit ^_^

Ash has finnaly met every person of the Elite 4 now!
He had such a great battle with Agatha too.

Oh and I can't belive how technically advanced things have gotten since the
earliest episodes. I see roads and cars being stressed not to mention the
segways Butch and Cassidy had. Seems the animators are staying with the times.

Jessie + James new motto was pretty great with the 3D backdrops and all.
It really gave it the extra zing.
Butch + Cassidy appearance! fun

Scott and Agatha have great voices imo.

A very good episode overall. Certainly an eventful one. The voices were all pretty good, I think.

Scott does sound a bit like Morrison.

When you hear Agatha scream, it sounds pretty real. o.o

I started to get all excited when I saw the riceballs. <3

I laughed at the pogo sticks. Giovanni's one cruel person.

I liked how the Meowth balloon just ducked down behind the gym. XD

Yay, only one more week until the opening isn't full of spoilers!

Did Ash have to Pokedex Gengar? He's seen Gengar tons of times!

Scott was alright even though he took some getting used to.

I was surprised that they didn't edit out the onigiri, but at the same time I wasn't. Seriously, 4Kids, make up your mind.

I'm still laughing at Scott's voice, anyway, very interesting episode. They still are showing these commercials advertising the Frontier Brains as the Elite Four. Only Kids WB... Anyway, I can't wait to hear what Taj Studios is gonna do with the new theme song and the next seasons name. We'll find out next week.

I'm a bit confused here, for some reason......


I mean, I thought season 9 wasn't supposed to start until after they air that one hour special or something?


This change-of-dubbing-studio thing has been confusing the heck out of me ever since I first heard about it. >_<

Season 9 and the Taj dub doesn't start till September, so I don't know what people are thinking. Advanced Battle continues until the Ash Vs. May in the fighting dojo episode, so we still have 13 eps left.

Exactly. The Mirage Pokemon special doesn't air until the 29th, and Kids' WB! wouldn't be able to air any Season 9 episodes until August at the earliest.
