Watch Harley in his last 4Kids appearance as he faces off against May and her Squirtle. Can the little turtle pokemon succeed in pissing off fans with the U.S. airing as much as it did in the Japanese airing? And will Harley's deformed-looking frowny face make a return?

XD Jessie ends up stunned by the pain from Cacnea's needles. Another interesting Trainer's Choice. I knew which it was this time, though. Again, Harley succeeds at being the jerk he is, playing puppet with Wobbuffet. Something tells me that something was cut out when Harley was taunting May. Ack, that Squirtle gets the luckiest break ever.
 
That was better than I remember it. I really enjoyed the line about Empress Jessabella when Ronaldo said it was an impressive "combination of love and explosives". And the quarrel between her and Harley.
Yeah, it was still a cheap win. But it was amusing.
 
This is the one that Yamoto-san complained about last.

And he's the one that complained about that Squrtle.

Of course, he's the one who said that the Kanto starters shouldn't of gotten any importence in Johto.:rolleyes:
 
Well Yamamto-san was right. And at the end I said "Now that was disgusting.". I chanted "Squirtle Soup" through half the episode, making my mom absolutely sick (she doesn't like the idea of eating turtles).
 
By the way...the Advanced Battle season finale isn't coming on next weekend; Kids' WB! is airing a Spider Riders marathon instead.

Right now, we have no idea when they'll air the last 4Kids dub episode.
 
I didn't think it was cheap at all. Closest thing to hax was Ice Beam freezing, and my Politoed does that all the time.

Also I was a bit annoyed that a newborn Squirtle's bubble could beat a Crobat.

That was just the finishing move, it clearly wasn't the only one. The middle battles/appeals in contests are just about always shown like that.
 
Squirtle's what, level 7? There is no time when a level 7 Squirtle should be able to finsh off a Crobat with Bubble, unless there's False Swipe beforehand.
 
Am I the only one who actually likes May's Squirtle? It's a heck of a lot better than Harley's Pokemon apparently.

This episode is second on my "Episodes that make Harley look gay" list, with all that puppet crap, and then the singing XO

Yeah, those were my thoughts too, when May said that line.

I bet Veronica probably did Ash's lines before doing May's, and then just said "badges" instead of ribbons. Either that, or it was only a script mistake. ^^o

And I was surprised as well when Harley started singing the hokey pokey. O_O

I mean, it's okay that they're having a marathon of Spider Riders next weekend......


But, it isn't good that we have no idea when the last episode of Advanced Battle is going to air.

And they will air it eventually, right?

Aww, now I'm getting really worried again. :-(

AFAIR it was confirmed to air this Fall, just at the "end of KidsWB", and after PAB reruns.
 
Pokemon was pre-empted for one week because KidsWb is doing a Spider Riders marathon. I have to LOL @ the people who think this episode will be skipped, (paranoid much?) its going to air the week after.

The final episode stars Ash and May, so Veronica got one last major performance with both of them in the same ep.
 
Well, yeah, I admit after all the bad luck Pokemon has had lately (what with the VA thing, the KidsWB thing, and all of that), I was getting really worried again. ^^o


Anyway though, thanks for the heads up guys.

And Scott85, thanks for letting me know that about the final episode.

Because I'm a huge Ash fangirl, I was really hoping I'd get to see another Ash centered episode. And I think an Ash and May episode should be just as good.
