So the coolest Nurse Joy ever falls ill and the gang has to save these Pokemon in trouble and Team Rocket plans to try and get these Pokemon.

I guess it's coming in twenty five minutes.

This episode rehashes plot points from both the Bagon episode and the Cravannah episode in Hoenn. If you watched those episodes, you'll see two of the same things happen in this one.

I do like the Character Interaction in this, and a nice little filler before the finale.

And yet it feels suitable for the last filler of AG.

I recall this being a good episode. Not great, but good.

We don't really see cars much, now that I think about it. BF seems to have the most vehicles of any season.

Yeah, I've seen many of these plot points before ... but I still liked it. I liked Prof Oak's commmendation of Brock's abilities. He'd make a good poke-vet.

Okay, okay, WHY is Brandon's assistant still unnamed? He's been in three episodes (AT LEAST) and still hasn't given one.

Sergei has one, Barbara has one, VICTOR has one, even bloody MARIN has one, and he wasn't even there the whole episode! He just randomly popped in and judged the match, WITH A NAME. Why are you still nameless, bandanahead?! XO

....'kay, I'm done. Except two things.

No, no we really didn't need a 'dex reminder on Bagon. Nope, not at all. And yet again, Zoppi gets one more role as Bagon. <.< Dude, stoppit already. But on the flip-side, I love whoever did Larvitar. That was cute. :D

All I can say is that now that is out of the way, the real fun can now begin.

YAY!

Return of overwhored Kanto Pokemon, horrendous animation, and error-filled flashbacks!

Missed it, but it seems like I didn't miss much besides a quick glimpse of my beloved Salamence and the rare appearance of Carvahna.

Wasn't Brandon's sidekick named in the raw by now?

You guys need to watch with the captions on. Brandon's judge is named Samuel. Said so in Overjoyed.
Wow. I really don't see how we get names in captions that go unsaid in the show.

I'd watch stuff with captions on...but I find it extremely distracting.

It says the character's name in script format when they're speaking offscreen or when they have their back to the camera. Like...let me make something up here. Say Johnny is talking on-camera, then Trevor walks in, but the camera stays on Johnny. So when Trevor says something, it'll be captioned like this

Trevor: Blah blah blah

even if his name isn't given in dialogue.

....can you tell it's late?

<.< I watch with captioning; I fret when I don't. And I didn't see 'Samuel' in the side-caption, but then again, Overjoyed wasn't an episode I watched all that closely. Damn.

Oh, I knew that. I mean, I don't see how the captioning people get this information, unless they are given the script or something. 4Kids had a few weird things involving captioning that made me think they didn't exactly have something like a script to go off of. I guess PUSA could just be doing it differently and actually handing them the script.

I half-suspect the captioning team might just BS a random name if they're really sure he isn't going to get a name or show up again. Even if he DID it still wouldn't cause that much of a stir if his name was officially different. ...not that I have anything to back this up, but I can see it happenin', y'know? :mallet:
