The new episodes are starting again, today on CN.

9:00 AM - "Oh Do You Know The Poffin Plan?"
9:30 AM - "Getting The Contest Titters"

I don't watch the Japanese version or anything, so I don't know what happens in these episodes.

All I know is that Kengo (Kenny) will make his first appearence in one of these episodes, I think. ^^;

That's the guy with the Prinplup, right? That's pretty much all I know about him.

From what I've heard of him, he doesn't sound that good. Sounds more like a little girl then a little boy.

Eh, well most 10 year olds do sound like girls...

Anyway, seems "Daijobu" is translated as "no need to worry", which I do think Dawn's said a few times in the past.

"No need to worry" is a pretty close translation.

That shot of the "remarkable" guy is creepy.

Pikari=Dee Dee It was nice to see Prinplup at last. I was right about Metal Claw.

The first episode had really awesome animation.

As far as the actual episodes... first one seemed a little silly for me (it started out on a random humorous tangent before trying to become serious halfway through, what). As far as the second one, it was all-around fine, though Kenny really did sound like a woman, especially when he was gossiping about Dawn haha

Dee-Dee. Stupid. Aside from "D" it has nothing to do with Dawn. I hoped that Pikari will be translated as Dusk.

Anyways, what's Tsubomi's dub name?

Why would Pikari be translated as Dusk? 0.o

And they didn't mention Pikari till the end of the next episode, irc. So Di Di just sounds like a pet name.

I didn't know. Was there an analog for what was said there?

Why the hell would Kenny use "Dusk" as an insult, seriously?

It was mean to to be a pet name, calling her "Dusk" would of been idiotic.

It was a cute pet name. If you noticed it made Dawn blush. That's basically a pet name.

It's not like Kengo meant it as a horrible insult to make her cry, just to tease her.

Anyways, what's Tsubomi's dub name?
Poffin girl? Forsynthia.

Poffin Plan, I missed the first 7 minutes. But didn't right-out care. Brock commanding Croagunk just made my day and my heart pitter-patter. Pre-Contest Titters was meh. Very meh. Although Pachirisu was adorable in all its doings. And little Dawn in the Slowpoke costume was twice as.

On the side of Dee-Dee vs Dusk....um, what vaguely-possibly-6-year-old would use the word Dusk, if it's really a childhood name? Pet names or insults are usually more obviously generated from the victim's /actual/ name. I think 'Yawnie' would have been more annoying that Dusk would be. It even goes with the Slowpoke allusion.
