"An Angry Combeenation" airs today at 9:30 AM (EST).

Ash and his friends continue to look for the Amber Castle, so they can obtain the Enchanted Honey.

(I don't know what actually happens, since I haven't seen the episode before) XD

It's interesting so far. I heard alot of good things about the animation, prasing the person who did it like a God, so I hope it lives up to the hype.

Jessie's voice was far too high-pitched in this episode, I wish she'd tone it down a bit more like she was in Battle Frontier. Getting more sreechy isn't a good thing.

Vespiquen barely got any screentime, I hope it gets another episode later on. Cheryl = airhead, but in a likeable way.

Holy ****, Brock's Pokemon actually DO something! It's a miracle! When was the last time we saw Sudowoodo?

The episode before Ash's rematch with Roark?

XD I kind of wonder if Cheryl's BSing with all her sage advice, especially when it comes to Brock (everything's conveniently given to ward him from her). But given that she's shown to be on the naive side, I could believe it's just his bad luck.

8D But he's trying so hard~ Mwee!

Fun episode.

But... Cheryl left so suddenly. It was literally just "lol Beedrill bye suckas".

Also, my twisted imagination was really hoping The Pain (from MGS3) would pop up somewhere in the Amber Castle D:

No Wobba :(

This episode's pretty awesome. But I gotta admit, the Team Rocket battles seemed a little rushed in this one.

And yeah, Cheryl's making it all up. We all know that.

That Vespiquen looks just too cool. Scott's right. Needs more screentime.

All right, caves! Considering how much time you have to spend in the blasted things in the games, it's always good to see the twerps voyage into them. That and it's a good escape from the Filler Forest of Doom. Although Eterna Forest was rather unqieu at the end of the ep. :]

I nearly dropped the remote when that huge Combee wall came up from the bush. o.o The Combee did look pretty cool when swarming, when showing their evil red-eyed angry faces, and when hiding the Amber Castle with that big, moving CGI wall.

The Amber Castle itself was good-looking too.

Jeez, Stormtrooper Effect at its finest in this ep. So many Combee attacking and did anyone get hit even once? XD

Hey, Seviper and Cacnea being used as a duo again. Yay.

Speaking of Team Rocket, the TRio sure was physically active today! They were posing and acting silly all over the place. XD

Fine episode, my favorite of the Amber Castle arc. Now that all three episodes have aired, I'll say I liked it. ^^ So much focus on Pokémon I like (Turtwig, Burmy, Mothim, Combee, Cherubi- which better have some decent screentime in the Eterna Gym battle, etc.), the fact that Cheryl's even here in the first place, and mini-arcs are always appreciated. They did a good job with this three-parter.

It was a lot to squeeze in though. Though if they cut out the whole "Pikachu+Mothim run off unexpectedly for no damn reason whatsoever, and leaves behind no true issue", then the TR battles could have been longer. Then again, I liked the getting lost bit more than that random battle over dug-up holes. Watching Seviper and Cacnea flip around like beach ball cutouts though was mildly disturbing.

On the other hand, the Combee walls were shweet~ to look at. It made me feel like watching bee documentaries again.

A new animator handled this episode, I forgot his name ATM, but while his characters were okay I really like how he handled the beautiful backgrounds. He worked on Lucario, irc, so I got vibes from the Tree of Origin.

We sacrificed Wobba's screentime for Brocko! D:

I need screenshots for this episode now. Too many icon/randomness ideas. 8D

This wasn't really that enjoyable of an episode. I thought it was a boring one. The three episodes overall were meh.\

Funny that the one comment that Team Rocket made in this episode [the thing that won't amount to a hill of beans] pretty much describes what I think of both this saga and the PUSA dub so far. Then again, there are way better dubs that are on later tonight on this same channel that are way better done then this one.

Also, I thought Vespiquen was pronounced "Ves/pi/queen", not "Ves/pi/quinn".

Plus, I don't really care what animator or group is doing the animation on any animated show, it doesn't make me oh or ah about it.

I really liked the end line where James asked if they wanted him to take off his clothes, followed by Meowth and Jessie yelling.

In fact, I thought TR had some great lines this episode. The part where Meowth was talking about walking right off a cliff only happens in cartoons, and at the end when Meowth asked us not to tell TR that the buckets wouldn't cover up their identitys were some really nice lines that make me glad TR stills got it.

Also, I thought Vespiquen was pronounced "Ves/pi/queen", not "Ves/pi/quinn".
If Vespiquen was spelled with a 'queen', that would be an accurate guess. But 'quen' wouldn't make for a long 'e' sound, so you have anything from short 'e' to short 'i' and everything in between. *shrug* I've always said 'kwen' (after the spelling was settled in the early on stages of release, anyway).

The Amber Castle was gorgeous, XD but at the same time, I had to shake my head and go, "Oh hell no, there's no way I'm buying that." I was hoping the Amber Castle was going to be the most awesome honeycomb expanse in the world. ...And it's a literal castle. ^^; I was somewhat disappointed.

I really liked the graphics. I have to say though I'm glad we're moving on from this three part filler. I'm ready for the more interesting episodes after this.

Todd had like 3 episodes where he travelled with the gang (and didn't do much of interest bar his debut) and then another 3 mini-arc later on.

And Cheryl had 3 episodes...for now.

Damn, I slept through it again. Damn Cartoon Network and their really inconvienent schedule! Was it any good?

Heh. XD

This was a great episode overall!!

I loved the animation! And the Amber Castle was AWESOME! :-D

But of course, I felt sorry for Ash when he walked into the moving, Combee wall and hurt his nose. Aww, poor Ash. The writers always have him get hurt at least once per episode. XD

And I agree, Team Rocket was hilarious! XD

Although, it seems Pokemon USA is overusing moments where they can break-the-4th-wall. I mean, two lines where they break the wall, in just one episode? Yeah, they have to be overdoing it, just a little. ^^;

Anyway, I personally liked the music in this episode. It was mostly 4Kids music, and they picked some of my favorite songs! ^_^

Well, about the voices, yeah, Jessie's voice seemed too high pitched. And for some reason, Meowth's voice also didn't seem right in this episode. Actually, at times, like when he was yelling and stuff, it sounded more like Professor Nanba was talking.... O.O

And by the way, in my opinion, Sarah's Ash voice (and the acting) didn't sound half as good in this episode as it was in "The Grass Type Is Always Greener". There just wasn't enough emotion in the lines overall. I could tell there was a difference between the two episodes, with the quality of Ash's voice.
