That doesn't look anything like a scarf.

Holy cow, had Lickilicky always sounded that stupid? It sounds like it's suffered cranial damage.

If that's how it flies/floats, shouldn't the balloon be, you know, near the top? Instead it's floating with its back up. I know this series plays fast and loose with physics and gravity, but DAMN.

Anyway I wanna take this opportunity to say that Lickilickys are win and awesome. I mean, they're Quina...THE POKEMON. There is no part of that sentence that is not win and awesome.

Did they randomly give name to that Lickilicky Trainer?

Or was everyone unnamed, like in original?
 
For thoose of you who don't know in the original version that italian stereotype was an american in the original version though he did speak in an italian accent
 
I have to agree with Blackjack. She's already stated most of my thoughts on this episode.

After two awesome Team Galactic episodes, this episode was rather irritating. Alongside everything Blackjack said, Team Rocket's staring at the thing in broad daylight and can't tell it's a Lickilicky just because it has an inner tube around its neck. The terminal stupidity level was set to kumquat for this one.
 
I didn't like how PUSA named it the scarf monster. What was wrong with the unidentified floating monster thing the original had?

Has the announcer ever said "To be continued" before? I don't think I've heard that in the dub before.

It's about time someone noticed the 4Kids logo in the credits.

Considering how easily the thing would have leant itself to a UFO sighting plot (I mean, we had the tabloid and everything!) I really just don't know. I guess cryptozoology is more trendy than Ufology right how.
