Alright, so this was an RP I had a ton of fun with, but the old GM ditched it, but kinda said I could make a sequel. Anyway, this game takes place in a world where belief begets existence, which means that if people believe in a god, the god exists, and if they die, they go to that god's afterlife. It centers around two beings, Heroes, and Sacred. and to a lesser extent, beings known as Chosen and Minions.

Sacred

In this world, gods can't directly affect the affairs of the world. Instead, they have proxies known as Sacred, who do their bidding. These beings have incredible powers, enough to level entire neighborhoods in a single day, or to save a thousand lives. They're unbelievably strong, incredibly fast, and extremely tough, and almost always have powers other than those. In theory, They carry out a god's whims, and for this purpose, they are given a way to communicate with their god, such as a cell phone or an animal the god can possess. In reality, though, they just as often take the power and use it for their own end. Though a god can create another Sacred to hunt them down, or summon minions, there's very little else a deity can do about it.

Heroes

Heroes have powers approximately equal to Sacred: Like them, their strength is second only to that of gods, and they are stronger, faster, and more durable than any human could ever dream of being. However, unlike Sacred, their powers are not of divine origin. Instead, they get them through either natural means, such as incredible amounts of training, or being half demon, or at least non-magical, such as being part robot, or genetically enhanced. These people are often used to keep rogue Sacred in line, but like Sacred, they just as often use their powers for other, often selfish reasons.

Chosen

These guys are people whose lives have been effected by Sacred or Heroes, such as by one saving their lives, setting their house on fire, giving them some cake, or any combination of these or other things. Afterwards, they usually become overcome with drive for revenge, and train until they reach the peak of human ability. Unfortunately, they're still not very strong compared to a Sacred or a Hero, usually needing a force of ten to take down a weaker Sacred or Hero. However, they are often created en masse when a Sacred or Hero attacks a town, and thus have numbers on their side. I wouldn't recommend playing as one, as their only purpose in this RP is to get slaughtered en masse by players.

Minions

These are, like Sacred, proxies of gods. However, they usually only have a very, very, very small portion of a god's power in them. These are beings like Hydra and gorgons and other servants of deities. Gods usually only summon them to take care of a Sacred or Hero causing problems for them or another god who owes their god a favor. However, they do sometimes give their own Sacred a squad of them to control. Like Chosen, their only strength vs. Sacred and Heroes is in numbers, and thus aren't met to be played by players, though they're there if you want them.

Rules
-No godmodding. Just try not to make your character's much more powerful than anyone else's.
-Keep things PG-13, except for violence, be as over-the-top with that as you want.
-Romance is fine, but don't make two whole pages of your characters making out.
-I love it when people make ideas for the RP, it means I have less work, so if you want something to happen that you think is cool, shoot me a PM.
-Use sacred as a description for something, bolded, so I know you read the rules.

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

God: Freya, Norse Goddess of Love and War

Personality: Eliot is a hedonist to the core. He loves women, money, and candy, although he often mistakes girly looking men for the former. However, he can be genuinely nice, and even selfless at times. He is extremely spirited and outgoing too, and likes to make friends with everyone. He also loves kittens.

Appearance: At exactly six feet two, Eliot's a little tall for his age. He has fairly long blue hair, mostly because he hates the barber's shop (He's worried about getting his ears chopped off.) He usually dresses in formal styles, usually wearing a tuxedo vest, button up shirt, tie, slacks, and dress shoes. He always wears a pair of pink heart-shaped sunglasses, and some head phones.

History: Eliot was adopted by two astronauts, named Bill and Chewbacca, who lived near a volcano. When one day, the volcano unexpectedly erupted, they snet him to space on the family space ship, sacrificing themselves to set the controls even as they burned alive in the sea of lava. He ended up landing on the moon, where he met Freya, who gave him some of her power to rock out and make all of his dreams come true. Finally, after seven years of training, she cast him back to earth to make people fight and love each other.

Powers: He's really good at playing his guitar, Rem, and can thus use it to summon demons and smaller celestial bodies, and can also hit people really hard with it.

Name: Hailey Verde

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Alignment: Nuetral Evil

God: Artemis, Greek Goddess of the Hunt, Wild Animals, and Wilderness.

Appearance: http://skitty-lover.deviantart.com/#/d3h1opn

Personality: Hailey is an all around jerk towards people. She's a trickster and enjoys playing pranks on the unsuspecting, and she's very violent. Hailey has a nasty temper, and she holds grudges quite easily. If you cross her she'll go out of her way to make your life miserable, sometimes even going as far as to hunt you down. Sometimes she's friendly, it depends if you catch her in a good mood, but most of the time she's rude.

History: Hailey was created by Artemis to be a faithful servant in the world of humans for her, but Hailey's ideas were different. She immediatley left Artemis to roam the human world, attempting to be a musicain. When that career failed she realized she should go back to working for Artemis and waited for some form of communication from her Goddess. When no contact from Artemis came Hailey swore to kill all of Artemis' other Sacred in an attempt of bringing her Goddess' attention back to her.

Powers: Hailey is able to talk to animals, including sacred ones, and is amazing with a bow.

Medium: Artemis can speak with Hailey through the small crystal pendant she wears around her neck.

Theme Song: None, I can't think of a fitting one.

Other: Moo?

Name: Jeremy Darius

Age: 12

Gender: ♂

Allignment: Chaotic Good

God: Poseidon, Greek god of the Seas, Earthquakes, and Horses

Appearance: He has long, blue hair that gets lighter as it goes down, kinda like a waterfall. Other than that there is nothing much of intrest, except maybe the trident figurene on his blue shirt. He considers it to be sacred.

Personality: A quiet fellow, he prefers to carry out his duties while doing basically anything he wants along the way. He has a heart, so he usually doesn't go around killing people. But get on his bad side and he'll put up one hell of a fight.

History: A faithful servant to Poseidon, he was created so that he could carry out various missions for him. At first, he was a souless puppet that only cared about his duties. But soon he adapted to his own personality, and does his own "sidequests" left and right.

Powers: His powers are basically a downscaled version of his god's. His choice of weapon is a cerulean trident, and with it he can do many things that Poseidon can do. He can manipulate water, storms, moderate earthquakes, and the like. He also has two minions at his disposal, a horse named January and a Hydra named Storm.

Medium: He can talk to his god face to face in any body of water.

Name: Not wanting to give himself a human name, he refers to himself as Diavlo.
Age: 31
Gender: Male
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
God: Hades, Greek God the the Dead

Appearance: He has snow-white hair, going down the sides of his head to about shoulder length, as well as pale skin. He has eyes of a dark crimson, which occasionally turn a monochromatic bright red if he gets angry about something. He wears a black longcoat, as well as boots and pants of the exact same color.

Personality: If his alignment didn't tell you enough, this guy is absolutely nuts. He used the powers granted to him by Hades, and immediately began using them for his own ends. Those ends being death and destruction. He has absolutely no morals, and has a good deal of dementia thrown in there for good measure.

He also has a bit of a, well, god complex. He views himself as more powerful than the gods themselves, and due to this, his self-confidence reaches almost ridiculous levels.

History: He was created as a servant to Hades, as a Grim Reaper of sorts. To make sure that spirits find their way to the Underworld, as well as make special...arrangements for those who had cheated death. However, Diavlo was blinded by hubris, and began abusing his powers. He kept contact with Hades to an absolute minimum, and showed a bad habit of showing his superiority over mortals by committing what could only be described as mass murder, and abusing his powers in general.

Powers: He has the ability to create and control hellfire. He can also summon various minions, ranging from skeletal warriors to hellhounds to even hydras if he tries hard enough. He can also shadow travel. Basically, that means traveling around by jumping from one shadow to another. And he has the power to siphon souls of dead people in order to enhance his own powers.

Medium:
A human skull that Diavlo keeps in his longcoat. But as I've said before, he doesn't use this that often.

Theme Song:
Tyrianis by Two Steps From Hell.

Other: I can't think of anywhere else that I can put this in creatively, so I'm just gonna say sacred and be done with it.

Name:Logan Bacalzo
Age: 17
Gender:Male
Alignment: Neutral Good
God: Apollo, Greek God of the Sun, music, poetry, and archery. Twin brother of Artemis.
Appearance:Logan hair is divided into two halves. The top half is golden blonde while the bottom half is jet black. He wears a thin, zip-up, yellow hoody over a black, shortsleeve t-shirt. He stands at 5'9" with a medium build. His eyes are a dark brown while his skin is slightly tanned due to his long days outside. He wears tan cargo shorts and black sneakers. He has two straps across his cheft one that carries his quiver and one that carries his golden bow. He carries a small golden dagger by his side.
Personality:Kaguya tends to be a kind person, but is easily angered. He can be anti-social and not talk much around others. He absolutely hates big crowds and likes to do thing on his own. He rarely makes friends, so he appreciates few he does. He hates to be annoyed and can't stand people with no common sense. Because of his long periods of time on his own he prefers to do thing by himself. Angering him enough can lead to someone being punched in the face.
History:Logan was created for the sole purpose to hunt down a rogue Sacred. He spent 2 years after his creation just hunting that single rogue. After he accomplished his mssion he was mainly used for the same purpose, hunting down rogues. Now with the rising problem of Heroes he has added them to his hitst.
Powers: Logan has perfect aim with his bow and almost never misses. He can absorb sunlight and release it through his hands in the forof a powerful beam. He can also use the absorbed sunlight to heal himself. Whenever he plays music he can control people's minds, but this doesn't affect sacreds or heroes.
Medium: his pet mouse who can be possessed by apollo when ever he needs to talk to him.
Theme Song:Let It Rock

Alright, accepted, all of you, though I would like to point out that Heroes are on equal ground with Sacred. But anyways, here are my other guys:

Name: Edgar Night

Age: 29

Gender: Male

Alignment: Lawful Neutral

Personality: Edgar, though he thoroughly enjoys killing, is actually a pretty decent guy other than that. He likes to collect anime and comic books, and even writes poetry, though he hates to tell people. He has an intense dislike of Sacred, and if he sees one, he'll usually kill it after following it around for a few hours.

Appearance: Edgar, before becoming a Hero, was a Chosen who hired himself out as a mercenary. Thus, he's fairly fit, with a muscular build, weighing 180 pounds at 6'1. He let his black hair grow out, tying it back for battle, and has green skin. His face has a huge scar right between his eyes where he was hit. He usually wears a black leather jacket with stylized blue flames, distressed denim jeans, and an anime T-shirt.

History: In response to the problem with sacred, the government decided they needed to create a force to defend. As such, they decided to create a Hero. Edgar, a mercenary, and Chosen, was shot in the head during battle, and the government decided he would be the perfect candidate. They replaced the portion of his brain that was shot with synthesized bits, giving him enhanced perception, and incorporated bionic parts into his body, making him stronger, faster, and more durable than ever before. When he awoke, they gave him his mission: Protect the earth from the Sacred menace...At all costs.

Powers: As a government super soldier, he was given super strength, agility, and toughness, much like most heroes. He's also much more likely to create chosen, and those he creates are much more likely to be loyal to him. Finally, he has enhanced perception, meaning, at will, he can go into bullet time, making him particularly dangerous with his weapon of choice, an adamantium baseball bat.

My other charcter:

Name:Daemon Somera
Age: 19
Gender:Male
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Appearance: Daemon has jet black hair that reaches down to his nose and often falls in front of his eyes. He has dark brown eyes that turn a scarlet red when he is angry. He stands at 6'1" with a medium build. His skin is a little pale from his long days in dark places. He wears a black hoody over a red shortsleeve t-shirt. He wears a pair of dark blue jeans and black and red sneakers. He carries around an onyx black coin that when flipped becomes either a battle axe or broadsword.
Personality:Daemon is quite anti-social and prefers to do things by himself. He more often than not will respond with sarcasm when annoyed. He is quite hot-headed and can't stand people with no common sense. He has been known to kill Sacreds on sight and often enjoys it. He prefers to be alone over being with large groups. He often causes mischief and mayhem just fot the heck of it.
History : Daemon is the son of a powerful demon. He mastered his powers of darkness at a young age. He would often use them for his own selfish reasons. At the age of 14 his parents were murdered; his siblings and himself all went their seperate ways. Some using their powers for good some using them for evil. He chose to follow the latter.
Powers:Daemon has control over the shadows and darkness. He can control the shadows and create large objects out of them such as large hands, blades, and even weak temporary minions. He can also use these shadows to gain partial control over someone.
Theme Song: Uprising-Muse

Name: Ray Stroud
Age: 96
Gender: Male
Alignment: Neutral Evil(Chessmaster)

Appearance: He is an old, wrinkled up man close to his demise. He is covered in nothing but silky purple robes, which are highly resistant to all kinds of spells and magic.

History: As a child, he was constantly abused and tourtured. Everybody hated him just because of his uncanny appearance, and thus he was filled with anger and rage. In time, this rage got the best of him, and he blew up his household suddenly with some sort of immense power. He lived as a crazed nomad for many years until he realized his goal: he needed to punish the gods for bringing this misfortune upon him. To do this, he would use his wizard powers to hunt down Sacreds and kill them. Well, there was one problem. Knowing that the end was near for him, he needed to find some way to learn the Immortality Spell, a combination of the Fire, Earth, Wind, and Water spells. He had the first three down, but he needed to learn the latter somehow. So he's going across the land, stalking a 12 year old waterboy(pedo much?).

Powers: A powerful mage, he has mastery over Fire, Earth, and Wind spells. They get increasingly powerful as he gets angry, and driving him into rage will leave you dead.

Other: Sacred? Wait, you already knew that I read the rules...

Accepted! Except how's he gonna get magic from a Sacred? They don;t really use magic, so much as bits of a gods power that live inside them. I take it Ray just thinks Jeremy uses water magic?

Yeah, that's the thing about Heroes and Sacred: Like, over half of them are batshit insane, for lack of a more accurate description. That's why gods only make at most like three: If they made too many, they'd inevitably end up destroying the world. That, and Sacred and Heroes are the only beings that can kill them, though usually only in numbers.
