Sad problem with XD, any ideas?

So I JUST beat pokemon XD. Low and behold after the final save I now try to load the data and it`s corrupted X(

Has anyone heard of this problem happening before? If a format it, it erases my Data right? This sucks... I bought the game basically JUST so i can get a totodile in my pokemon emerald while i play through it (not after everything in the game is beaten and i have to catch a crapload of pokemon...)

Ouch, that hasn't happened to me, but it's pretty bad. Why not just get Colosseum though? It can't be that hard to acquire and you get every Johto starter in it. You can get Croconaw rather early in the game.

Nope. You also have to finish the main story before you can trade Pokémon between Colosseum and the GBA games.

So magically after taking out the memory card and inserting it back in like a 1000 times I got the data to display. It strange but all my gamecube data EXCEPT XD was corrupted on the memory card (how odd eh?) so i deleted all of the other memory and was able to recover my game!

Right after that though My emerald game erased itself...

So i Started a new emerald game and this time i wanted a Totodile to start with. I beat Mt. Battle 100 trainer streak (in one sitting...) with my team from LG.

Anyways I got my totodile, traded it to leafGreen but now when i try to trade it to Emerald (via one island after I helped Celio with both Gems) It says "that pokemon can't be traded" or something

What the hell? Any solutions?

Sadly, Emerald has a restriction akin to FR/LG. You can't trade any Pokémon that doesn't appears in the Hoenn Pokédex. Eggs can't be traded either. There's no solution, except finish the game, which means getting the National Pokédex and having no restrictions.

Pokemon/Nintendo are rediculus with their restrictions. It is completely retarded of them to deny people like me the chance to play through an actual game without certain pokemon

Seriously!Whats the ponit of getting a Beldum in Ruby and Sapphire AFTER the elite 4, there is essentially nothing to do. This makes collections and replays through games kinda boring... or at least just as "boring" as just say tansferring an entire team from say FR to LG just to beat it again...

Needless restrictions until after all real content is done is retarded...all i wanted was a totodile...

It is basically trying to force me to use a cheating device just to have some fun...
