You are a Pokemon trainer who is in the middle of a Safari game in the Fuschia Safari Zone... when, suddenly a shocking announcement is heard over the PA.

"Attention please. The Safari Zone now belongs to Team Rocket. Please stop where you are."

Rocket Grunts appear in the Safari Zone, there aren't loads, but there are a few. I'm gonna be more direct in my controlling of this RPG than I was with Rocket Mission, however, I'm gonna be a lot more flexible with character submissions.

In your posts, do not say whether or not you catch a Pokemon, wait for me to judge it, I'll try to be around frequently. Your character can have whatever background you want at all, so long as their history ends with them coming to the Safari Zone! Even if it was planned a brief visit.

It doesn't matter what Pokemon your character owns or has owned because they don't have any with them! You have to use Safari battle systems to catch your first one! (You'll be assigned a random battle when the RPG begins) You'll also have 30 Safari Balls and no more.

It's unknown what Team Rocket are up to at the moment, and I'll tell you if you encounter anyone from Team Rocket. I'm not gonna have my own character, I'll just play as all the NPCs.

Name: Laura Cooper
Age: 19
Gender: female
Appearance: Dark skin, long reddish-blonde curly hair put up in a ponytail. She's about 5'3", and has green eyes. Dressed in jeans, a green shirt, and has a black jacket tied around her waist.
Personality: She originally cones off as a cold, confrontational individual. She is often bluntly honest, making no attempt to spare the feelings of others when the matter is important. However, she is fiercely loyal to those whom she is with, and will battle with all of her skill and heart, often willing to sacrifice her own well-being for the good of the 'mission.'
History: Born on Cinnabar Island before the island was destroyed. Her parents ran an Eevee ranch, and their Eevee were proudly displayed as the strongest, healthiest ones around. When she started her journey, she took her favorite with her, a male named Oleander. Officially, though, her starter was Charmander. Having been born and grown up on Cinnabar Island, she has a natural affinity for Fire-types, but also likes Dragon- and Flying- types as well. She's traveled and competed in the Leagues in every region. Now, she's back in Kanto, and has decided to try her luck in the Safari Zone.
Pokemon: She's captured many, many pokemon along the course of her journey. Her main team at the moment, though, is Oleander (who is now an Umbreon), Shippo (Ninetails), Kappa (Ludicolo), Rottingham (Crobat), Heracles (Heracross), and Aria (Clefable).

Appearance: Blue hoodie, blue jeans. Blue Shoes, blue hair, blue eyes. A bodybuilder, he has huge muscles and can easily pick up and throw a human.
Personality: Lighthearted, loves a good joke. However, he knows when its time to be serious, and can be. He also goes off-topic often, and he always thinks he's better than he really is.
History: Ben was born in Fuscia. After becoming Champion, he went to the Safari Zone to catch Pokemon.
Pokemon: (All in the PC.) Hariyama, Hitmontop, Dragonite, Gyarados, Tyranitar, Hitmonlee, Steelix, Exeggutor, Infernape, Swampert, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Golem, Blastoise, Dratini, Seaking, Starmie.

My bad! I was thinking of Fuschia I just called it by the wrong name - that'll be changed immediately =P

Also, pokelover, you are also accepted. Not sure about your ability to "easily" pick up and throw a human, particularly at 14. Perhaps he can "just about" pick up and throw a human?

personality: He is sometimes reckless. Joe tends to havee a bad temper and go off for no reason. though he is usually caring to most people and pokemon.

pokemon: Blaze (ratatta) Pheonix (pidgeot) Flame (charizard) and salamander (nidoking)

history: Joe wasn't really raised very much. His parents were drunks and gamblers. One day while looking around the game corner, Joe found a poster that a hole in it. In curiosity, Joe went down the staircase to find a team rocket base. Giovanni forced him to join and gave him a ratatta. Joe named it Blaze and has treated him as family ever since. After 6 months, Joe escaped and decided that he might be abled to get a friend for Blaze in the Safari zone.

Looks: long light brown hair with blonde highlights, blue eyes, green tank top, blue jeans, a blue teardrop-shaped backpack, and red flip flops
Personality: Kind and loyal, but fierce when battling or sticking up for her friends
Pokémon on Hand: Bellossom, Espeon, Umbreon, Gardevoir, Milotic, & Lucario (However all are currently resting at "home"
Past: Has a mysterious past but comes from the large Pokemon complex called Pokemon Village outside of Pallet Town

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Appearance: Tommy is about 5ft 5 and has wavy blode hair and deep blue eyes. He is wearing a red top with white sleeves and on the front of the top has the words "01 Reckless" on it. He is wearing dark blue jeans.

Personality: Has a bubbly personallity. Always seen running around looking to do something with himself. Wants to always improve himself in anyway he can. He has the same view on pokemon as Ash does.

History: Moved with his parents from litteroot to Pallet town when he was 6. Tommys dad was once a great trainer and beat Hoenn E4and became champion of Hoenn when he was younger. Tommys dad was called Hector. His mom was a well known contest winner throughout Hoeen with 10 ribbons she obtained with her pokemon. She was Maria.

He went to Kanto Safari Zone as he was on his journey to become the champion of Kanto. Hoped he'd find a rare and mysterious Dratini there. He had dreams of owning a powerful dragonite as having one could show how great a trainer he was.

Pokemon: All on PC: Pikachu, Electrike, Magby, Eevee, Hitmonlee, Vileplume, Magikarp, Grimer (Shiny), Machoke, Golbat, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Tailow, Venusaur and Geodude

Gender: Male

Appearance: Has Blue hat similar to Red's, short black hair, Gray undershirt, Black Jacket, Blue Jeans, black shoes.

Personality: Not enthusiastic, lonely, usually lazy, and speaks in a monotone.

History: Became a Pokemon Trainer at the age of 11, recieved several contest ribbons, sometimes comes to Safari Zone to catch more Pokemon, lives in Orre.

Michael comes to the Safari Zone for his regular reason. He hopes to find a fire type Pokemon and a Lucario.

Pokemon: (On hand) Charizard, Blaziken (PC) Pikachu.
 
Name: Sander Greene
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Appearance: Khaki slacks, black dress shoes and a yellow button up shirt. He's about 5' 7" and has jet black hair. He has square, black rimmed glasses and black eyes.
Personality: A nerd all grown up, he's always been more interested in the mechanics of battling rather than the sport of it, and prefers to spend his time studying Pokemon rather than showing them off. He's kind to Pokemon but tends to be very short with people.
History: His father was a world renowned Pokemon professor, most noted for his studies of the different Burmy and Wormadam forms, and Sander soon followed suit. When he was 15, his father left to an uncharted island in Sinnoh, neither him nor his crew ever returned, and he vowed to complete his father's work, taking with him only his prized Pokemon and his father's left-behind notes. Ever since, he's been traveling the world studying Pokemon and their habitats, keeping all of his notes in a tattered gray notebook, waiting until he makes complete his master theory, one he's kept secret for five years and one he hopes will resurrect his father's name. His search has brought him to Kanto, specifically Fuschia City, where he hopes to comfirm his current theories with the Safari Pokemon.

Sander is also accepted! Despite saying I'd accept late applications, I might have to not because there might be too many people for me to run this RPG the way I want to =P Basically, if anyone's thinking about applying - I'd do it now!
 
Name: Jasper Tayven

Age: 26

Gender: Male

Appearance: Dark, pale blue eyes, dreads with beads, a dark jacket that flares out at the bottom has three buttons and gold accents, a red striped scarf, jeans with paint splattered on them and a tight blue shirt. He is about 5'11'' but he says he is 6'2''.

Personality: Intuitive, theatrical, charismatic, natural leader but also slightly egocentric and cocky.

History: He hails from Cerulean City and mainly uses Pokémon for contests. He is a waitor and aspiring actor. He secretly was going to be Pokémon champion but was taken out of consideration and told not to speak about it because he threw a party in a hotel and ended up owing them alot of money for repairs.
He came to the Safari Zone out of boredom in hopes of finding something interesting.

Pokémon: (On hand) Starmie (PC) Regice, Steelix, Dragonair.
