Salac berry

Easy way? You could use a gameshark or Action Replay.

Legitimate way? You gotta

A. Obtain one from Pokémon Colosseeum or XD, trade it to a GBA game and then transfer it to your DP game

B. Find someone online who is willing to trade with it.

C. Get lucky and find a Pokémon on GTS with one attached to it.
 
PDL's #C. is the best method. YOu don't wanna know how many rare berries I got from the GTS.

yeah, munchlaxes give the best trades. I got many legendaries for offering munchlaxes already (like deoxys or celebi)
