strategy:
Attack with a combination of Uxie (X) & Salamence (X). Expert belt for more damage, speciale with uxie, because you can put uxie back in your deck. Try to KO pokemon with salamence x, and draw 2 prizes. This deck works fast, because everything is based on it (Uxie, drawer +, dex handy, ...). Also salamence's attacks can work fast, in combination with the body...

Have you considered adding in any of the following cards?
- 2-2 Claydol GE - would help greatly with the consistency
- 4x Call Energy - this would help you set up faster
- 1x Azelf LA - this helps get Salamence Lv.X out of your prizes.

I don't think 4x Night Maintenance is necessary. I'd drop two for another Roseanne's and another Bebe's. Have you considered running one Salamence AR?

I agree with Politoed's pokemon line suggestions. Here's a couple of trainer suggestions I have for you:

+ 2 bebe's search
+1 Rare Candy
-2 Night Maintenance
-2 Cynthia's Guidance
-3 VS Seeker

+ make room for the claydols/call energy
