...Well, over yonder depending on where you are. First things first, my sincerest apologies if I end up being an obtuse nitwit my first few [days/weeks/forever]. I've not some lurker come alight, just a Googler who saw a helpful article and decided to, for lack of a better term, scope it out. Alright, *rubs hands*, now it's on to introducing myself.

My username may be ~*Lennongrad*~, but I won't insanely torture y'all and demand you type my full name. Lennon is perfectly fine with me (actually, he's just perfect to me!), and yes, the Lennon homage was very much intentional.

I'm a stickler for correct grammar and following the rules... depending on what the rules are. ;)

Questions asked will be answered. I cannot guarantee the answers will be A. What you'd prefer to hear, B. Actually answering the question in its entirety, C. Sarcastic. You take some sort of a risk when interacting with me, but don't worry about small children; I don't bite too often. My bark is far more annoying.

Octavia, I'm assuming by your above-avatar subtext that you have Asperger's? My little brother has Asperger's, as well. I hope we can, perhaps, talk about that sometime. Having OCD and having been an extreme introvert until very, very recently, I feel I can sometimes understand issues he goes through more in-depth than some, but there are occasions I feel blind-sided by what he goes through, so having some sort of peer who can relate (either to him or to me, I don't yet know) would be very helpful.

I don't consider dammit as a swear word. But you can swear on here apparently, as long as you arent being mean to someone, I think.

Profanity is A-OK as long as it isn't racist... or homophobic... or really anything else like that.

Also, just to see what I can learn, I meant to add in my original post that since I know virtually nothing about this place, if there's any beginner's tips for navigating, or terms, or whatever, it'd be lovely if you could help me out. And let me be the first to say, I know next to nothing about this place. Simple no-brainers are equivalent to an AP Calculus exam for me, bmgf-wise.
 
Well one thing to remember is that unlike many other Pokémon forums, swearing is (reasonably) allowed here, so don't go hitting that report button on everyone's posts unless it really is offensive.
 
If you wanna add anything to a previous post, just go to it, hit the "Edit" button, and tadah, you can change stuff! A lot of users are more than willing to help new people out, too, so don't be afraid to ask if there's anything you don't completely get. For the more general stuff there are usually guides on the front page of a topic list.
