As the title indicates, I'm what you would call a 'newbie' here at Bulbagarden who decided my first step should be to introduce myself in a post. You can call me Rhapsody - I'm a self-declared Pokemon Fanatic who's probably older than he should be (23) and has enjoyed the series since it came out in the US. If I recall correctly, I started play Pokemon Blue the Christmas after it first premiered here in the US and watched the anime soon after that. Both of those activities, playing the game and watching the show, are something I still do with a passion, though obviously I'm playing Generation IV as opposed to Generation I these days.
Aside from that, I'm a fairly stereotypical 'nerd' in that I enjoy both gaming (especially RPGs) and anime/manga. I'm also a blossoming writer, though I've never really dabbled in Pokemon-related fiction. Everything else is something you'll need to discover for yourselves.
