Sand teams got a boost.

I think blogs are a better place for this.

But yeah, Sand Throw and Sand Power add a significant boost to the already-dominant Sandstorm teams. (Seriously, you see Tyranitar practically everywhere!)
 
Something like Cacturne, which needs a boost to make it more useful should get it instead of something like T-tar which already so good.
