Say hello to the new LotRS section head, Soulweaver!

I have recently made a decision to step down as the head moderator of this section so that I can concentrate on other Bulbagarden duties and projects. Because of this, a new head needed to be appointed, and I feel like Soulweaver is just the staff member for this position.

This means, for anyone needing any advice on this section, Mr. Weaver (of the Soul) is the man with the master plan (wait, now I'm quoting House of Pain!?). All other moderators over this section are of course available as well to help, and to keep things running smoothly in this section. I trust with everyone, we will continue to be able to satisfy our users' curiosity about Japan, as well as Japanese media!
