Espeon!

Espeon, in the spacey cosmos....or something. Drawn with a regular cheap ol' black marker, scanned, and then colored, which was a pain in the ass because I couldn't use the flood fill, so I therefore had to color it by hand...pixel by pixel...and it took a looooonng tiiiiiiiiime....the little gem thing has no sparkly coolcheapeffects-ness on it because the program didn't even acknowledge its existence. GAH. >>;;

Meowth--nyaa!

Meowth in all his round shiny golden glory, because I love him so. (or her, because this is *A* Meowth, not *THE* Meowth...I could not dishonor *THE* Nyaasu-kun like this) Also drawn with cheap regular black marker, scanned, colored, and added effects to. Near the end of the coloring process I was listening to "Nyasu no Uta" (a great song btw) and it's sooooo sad...kinda hard to listen to a sad song and color a cutesy-blech picture at the same time...

anyhoo, feel free to comment, criticize, whatever. Oh, and sorry the pics are so big.

Well lets see...
The Espeon reminds me of a coyote because of its jaw line, pose, and shape. I wish there was shading beneath its feet but I can't complain otherwise.
The Meowth is cute. The face is a bit squished, it needs to be more wide since right now it is a little off. Don't worry entirely.
Besides that, you've done okay.

thanks. ^^; Actually the Espeon isn't exactly supposed to be standing on anything really, I wasn't planning to do any background stuff, but oh well...^^;

I rather like. They aren't exactly realistic, esp. the Espeon, but the rangy look makes it seems like smoke almost, a vision, so much more... ethereal.

Nyasu is so cute. Can I take it home?
