Defence or Offence...
Looks, strength...everything!
Is different though.

A difficult decision! But I gotta give it to Scrafty, I`ve wanted a Dark/Fighting type since ever, and Scrafty is exactly that. Lucario is great too though.
 
Lucario for being faster and, with the addition of Nasty Plot, will take down that gangster wannabe back to the ghettos with STAB Aura Sphere.
 
Tough choice, as I'm not particularly fond of either of them. I dislike Lucario and Scrafty's design intrigues me. However, I have trained a Lucario but not a Scrafty (yet,) so Im'ma go with the one I know how to use, Lucario.
 
I'll say Lucario. Sure, both can kill each other quickly, being Fighting-weak, but Lukey resists Scrafty's other STAB.

I will admit, though, that those wannabe-L.A. gangstas are very difficult to take out after a Bulk Up/Dragon Dance/max Defense investment.
 
I'll pick Scrafty. Whilst I'd admit Lucario can learn a lot of moves and is a great battler, I feel like they're trying as hard as possible to get people to like it, and that always annoys me. Scrafty, meanwhile, has an awesome and unique type, giving it a complete resistance to Psychic attacks. Above average attack and strong defences combined with Moxie make it a great offensive and defensive monster.
 
Scrafty, totally totally Scrafty for me. He's got the best design in Pokemon history, a much wider movepool, and one of the best typings around. He'll just Drain Punch that Lucario after hanging on with its Sash, or just freakin' live the hit because he's so damn bulky.

That's not exactly unpredictable.

I'm going with Scrafty, but I am pretty biased. I never really liked Lucario, and rarely used it, but I love the movesets that Scrafty can have, and it gets some great set-up moves - Bulk Up and Dragon Dance. Shed Skin and Rest, too, help it along greatly.

Ok , Then more deadly .

Anyways , I like Lucario's wide movepool.
 
I don't care much for either, but if I was pressed to choose I would go with Lucario for the sake of design.
 
Lucario, for sure. Scraftys whole "hood-rat" look makes me want to drop a Golem on it...
Plus, Lucarios Egyptian influences make it awesome.
 
Lucario is my vote because it has more adaptable EV's, so it can be used as a Special, Physical, or a Mixed attacker in battle. I have yet to train one on Pokemon Black, but am seriously considering to use this cute Egyptian style fighting dog.

Scrafty has decent defences and two great abilities (Shed Skin & Moxie), but just can't hit hard like Lucario can. Also the only use I really see for Scrafty is a defensive attacker (not really a tank) with Shed Skin as it's ability.

I have tried a Moxie Scrafty, but because of it's mediocre attacking stat it doesn't last long in battle to pull off this ability in my opinion. I used a dragon dance set for Scrafty with it's ability Moxie, but other Pokemon like Gyarados and Salamence for example pull this off much better than Scrafty can.
 
For me, Scrafty. Dragon Dance + Moxie. Lucario looks cool, but I've never even used him.
 
Lucario has more viable strategies, even if I'd usually only run Swords Dance or a mixed variant if I was baton passing to it.
 
Scrafty is my favorite pokemon.
So I obviously voted for it.
 
Lucario because of aura sphere (one of all time fav. special attack moves) and close combat. It has also has better attack and speed which are two stats I make decisions on (unless it has a rediculosuly high special attack even with a very low attack, i just need decent speed!). Scrafty is still a great pokemon don't get me wrong but if I had to choose between the two I think Lucario takes it.

THIS...This is just too hard...! :p

The dog...I just LOVE it...!
It's fast and hits so hard
and can be mized attacker.
+ Aura shpere is cool!!

On the other hand...

The lizard...I didn't like it at first...
But now I've warmed up for it.
It's cool and can fight back with DD
and with dragon tail it can get rid of nasty ones.

Uuuuuuughh...This is so hard...!
I can't even dcide by looks,
since I like them both as much now....!
...But I think I might go with Scra...No, Lucario this time.
Only because it's exactly as the pokes I like to use.
Fast and strong.
But if it'd be more balanced, then I'd still be thinking of this.

But for now; Lucario.
