The Seal Bag is a glitch item that can be obtained on the GTS. It is unclear how the glitch to find the item works.

The Seal Bag was originally supposed to hold up to ten Seals, but this was rejected in favor of the Seal Case. However, it still remains in the game's programming.

I see that it says the glitch is unclear, but is there anything else known besides this very vague information?
