So I just decoded the braille in Sealed Chamber and its slightly different:
Original:
IN THIS CAVE WE HAVE LIVED.
WE OWE ALL TO THE POKEMON.
BUT, WE SEALED THE POKEMON AWAY.
WE FEARED IT.
THOSE WITH COURAGE, THOSE WITH HOPE.
OPEN A DOOR. AN ETERNAL POKEMON WAITS.
ORAS:
LONG DID WE LIVE HERE IN THIS CAVE,
ALL THANKS TO THE POWERFUL POKEMON LIVING ALONGSIDE US,
YET, WE SEALED THAT POKEMON AWAY, ALONE IN THE DARK.
WE FEARED IT.
IF YOU HAVE COURAGE, IF YOU STILL HOLD TO HOPE,
OPEN THE DOOR. FOR BEYOND IT, THE ETERNAL POKEMON WAITS.
REGIGIGAS DID NOTHING WRONG D:

Okay, now I'm even more curious as to what happened with the Regis!

It's worth noting that most lines of text and dialogue were translated slightly differently for ORAS when compared to the originals. (It's mostly touch-ups on grammar and phrasing, having everything flow a bit better.) So I'd imagine it's just the same case here, where both translations are basically saying the same things.

Call me obsessed, but is there anything in the Sealed chamber/Regis chambers (all of them, including Regigigas) that says anything about WHY they're using Braille? I've been wondering about this for years, asked around for years, and I haven't the faintest idea WHY the Braille language is connected with the Regis. Nothing Braille-related is written in the Pokedex, either. I'm hoping there's at least a few hints in ORAS about them having to do something with the Braille language.

the braille maybe a reference to old computers that used the card code, or to braille "writing" machines that make weird sound like the old card computers,
the regis are like old robots that sound like old punched card computers/"writing" braille machines
