secret id help

Im realy bored so i've decided to do some rng abuse on my emerald but i cant seem to get a shiny even after 4000 sr's on a beldum and 5000 on a rayquaza.

So in short i have 2 questions

1) if i migrate any regular pkmn from emerald to my diamond can someone still check my emerald sid with pokesav/sr?

2) if yes can someone so it for me?

i can offer

legendaries:
palkia 100

dialga 100

groudon 100

and rayquaza 80

or level 100's

gengar

alakazam

magnezone

breloom

salamance

and rare items

pp max

masterball

tm's including earthquake and gyro ball
