Seeking a very specific Treecko

Before I begin, thank you to Zeb, who very kindly pointed me in the right direction with where to ask for this.

I am looking for a male, Modest natured, non-shiny Treecko with specific IVs (31 in HP; Atk and Sp. Atk, 30 in Def, Sp. Def and Spd) so it will have 70 base power Hidden Power. If possible, I would also like it to be in an egg so that I can hatch it and it will have my Trainer ID, as I'm planning to use it in a playthrough of Black and would like it to listen to me from the start. I understand that this might be a big ask (I don't really know about hacking etc. so don't know what I'm talking about); but would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. I do not care if it is hacked.

I don't have much that I could offer in return (especially not to someone who has the ability to create any Pokémon they want :p), but here's a list of Pokémon I have that may be of some interest.

Mewtwo - Lv. 70 - Timid (The February event one, I have three, but this is the only one with a good nature. The other two are Hardy and Bashful.)
Psystrike
Shadow Ball
Aura Sphere
Electro Ball

I also have an Arceus from the Dream World event, earlier this year (Lv. 100, Bashful nature); a Mew (Lv. 5, Bold nature) a Victini (Lv. 15, Impish nature); a shiny Ninjask; a shiny Shedinja; a shiny Seviper and a shiny Trapinch. I have Zorua, too.

On top of those Pokémon, I have access to a lot of Gen I - IV Pokémon, and I have a fair few legendaries gathering dust on my Diamond cartridge.

If you don't mind a hack, I can PokeSav one for you. He'll even be in an egg.

Since you don't seem to want to trade events/shinies for a hack, is it okay to ask for a nicknamed regular Trapinch?
 
I'd gladly give away any of the Pokémon listed in exchange for that Treecko, if you don't want any of those then I can, of course, give you a regular Trapinch.

Would it be possible for the Treecko to have Energy Ball, Hidden Power (Rock), Leaf Storm and Toxic as it's moves?
 
Ooh, you don't mind the shiny Trapinch for the Treecko then? D: And yep, those moves are possible! It won't break the game by having him hatch with those moves.

Heehee, no problem. :'D I'll let you know if he'll be able to be in an egg or not. If that doesn't work, though, I can give him your ID and Secret ID so he'll listen to you. Is your Black game started yet?

And also, to clarify on the IVs so I don't mess up... It will go like this:
HP: 31
ATK: 31
DEF: 30
SpATK: 31
SpDEF: 30
SPD: 30

And to double clarify, no EVs, right?
 
Those IVs are right. They're basically the best IVs a Treecko can have while having Hidden Power be Rock-type. EVs... Hm... I didn't even think of those. 252 SpATK / 252 Speed / rest in HP?

Yeah, my game's started. Just need to get the first badge so I can trade the other eggs for my team over. Cannot wait to get this Treecko though. :D
 
All right, sounds good to me. :'D Do you know how to check your secret ID, or it's still too early, huh?
 
Hm shoot... I don't know how without an AR code. 8D; Okay. I'll do my best to make sure Treecko is in an egg!

Bad news, I'm afraid, he can't be inside an egg. D8; The game froze up with a BEBEBEBEBEBEBEBE sound. "OTL Eggs aren't my forte, eheh... But here's what I'll do, if you ever find out your secret ID in the future, I can change the ID of the Treecko, too.
 
What's involved in me (or you) finding out my Secret ID? I know there's a way to do it without having all the necessary hacking tools (which I don't have and don't know how to use), but it requires having a shiny Pokémon caught in the game you're trying to find out the secret ID for (which I don't have).
 
There are AR codes out there that let one see the OT's ID and Secret ID, I believe. D: I know at least one website out there had it...
 
Bah! You know what, screw it. Could you just hatch it and trade it to me with your ID?
 
Okay, I'm sorry. ^^; The Wi-Fi was down at my local hotspot. OTL So I couldn't trade today, I'm afraid... I'll try again tomorrow.
