I would like some advice on building a team for the Battle Maison Super Doubles (I'm bad with Singles, so I'm trying that later).

1. How should I set my pokemons? Like, how should I pair them up? Who should lead?
2. Should I change the movesets or the pokemon altogether?
3. If you would recommend a Fairy-type pokemon, what would be better - Mega Mawile, or Mega Altaria?

Here's my pokemons.

WCS Pachirisu (5Vs, all excluding SpeAttack)
Impish, Volt Absorb
252HP/100Def/rest SpeDef
Sitrus Berry
Nuzzle, Super Fang, Follow Me, Protect

Lopunny (4Vs in HP, Def, SpeDef, Speed)
Jolly, Cute Charm
252Attack/252Speed/rest Def
Lopunnite
Fake Out, Drain Punch, Helping Hand, Thunder Wave

Hydreigon (6Vs)
Timid, Levitate
252SpeAttack/252Speed/rest HP
haven't decided item
Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power, Flamethrower (or Luster Canon)

Staraptor (5Vs, all except SpeAttack)
Jolly, Reckless
252Attack/252Speed/rest HP
haven't decided item
Close Combat, Brave Bird, Double Edge, Roost

Metagross (6Vs)
Adamant, Clear Body
252HP/252Attack/rest SpeDef
haven't decided item
Bullet Punch, Earthquake, Brick Break, Zen Headbutt

Hawlucha (5Vs, all except SpeAttack)
Jolly, Unburden
252Attack/252Speed/rest SpeDef
Powerful Herb
Sky Attack, High Jump Kick, Poison Jab, U-Turn

I really want a good Doubles team to unlock Wally rematches. I don't want to miss out on him!

Hmm try to lead with things that don't share weaknesses and can work together. Seems like you're going for hyper offense so a possible lead would be Lopunny + Staraptor. I'd give Staraptor Choice Band and replace Roost with U-Turn so that it can switch out if necessary. Life Orb is also a possible option if you're worried about being locked in on one move. Fake Out is a good opening move as you can use it to pin down one target who threatens the team.

Nice shoutout on the infamous Pachirisu :D I can see it as being a sort of pivot for the team, it can be your switch-in if you want to reset your Choice items. It's harder to use though as you won't know if your opponent is bringing in Electric attacks on their team and it has trouble finishing off Pokemon if it ends up as your last remaining Pokemon.

Leaning towards giving Hawlucha Drain Punch instead of High Jump Kick. The possible recoil from HJK will severely ruin your momentum and I've seen some AIs on Super Doubles have Protect on their Pokemon so it's best not to risk it. I'd also replace U-Turn with something else if you're not using Hawlucha as part of your lead. Give Lopunny Protect over Thunder Wave so you can mitigate some damage and protect yourself from your own Earthquake, as well as a possible first move so that M-Lopunny can start off unscathed. I haven't dealt with Helping Hand personally so I'm not sure how effective it works, though with M-Lopunny's glass cannon stats I'd opt to giving it a 3rd attack (Ice Punch) to round off its coverage.

For Hydreigon I say either Choice Scarf or Life Orb, and maybe consider giving it Draco Meteor for some extra power (just be careful of the 90% accuracy). Not sure how you want Metagross to play though from its EV spread you can go with Weakness Policy (replace Bullet Punch with Agility in this case) or Assault Vest. I'd replace Brick Break with Ice Punch to help with its coverage.

As for M-Mawile vs M-Altaria...I'm a bit partial to Mawile as I've been using it recently on my Super Doubles run and I haven't played with Altaria just yet :p Though in this case it depends on what other members you bring: Altaria shares an Ice weakness with the flying Pokemon while Mawile shares Ground and Fire with Metagross. With the team as it is I would be leading with Lopunny + Staraptor, bringing in Hawlucha and Hydreigon as my other members. Hope this helps, best of luck!

@sharkshocker; Thanks for your advice! I was able to achieve a 31 streak with Mega Lopunny, Staraptor, Metagross, and Hydreigon with the movesets you suggested - best record in Super Doubles! I feel that the item changes really helped as well. Staraptor practically plowed through everything in sight with the Choice Band.

The loss occurred when I had neglected a Dragon Dancing Altaria, which killed off my team members with an herb'd Sky Attack (Lopunny OHKO) and Dragon Dive (Hydreigon OHKO). To be honest, a Mr. Mime had been a distraction (because it used to stop me and my friend's win streak with so little effort when it appeared in Multi-battles in XY's Battle Maison - really bad memories ._.)

Still, it's a huge improvement :3 I hope I can unlock Wally next time I try!

If you'd like some advice on Singles your best option for a team is going with 3 all out attackers. Life Orb Greninja, M-Kangaskhan or M-Mawile, and Choice Band Dragonite or Azumarill are generally your best options.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Protean
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid
-Gunk Shot
-Scald / Hydro Pump
-Dark Pulse / U-Turn
-Ice Beam

Kangaskhan @ Kangaskhanite
Scrappy > Parental Bond
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant
-Earthquake
-Fake Out
-Sucker Punch
-Return / Rock Slide

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Multiscale
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant
-Extreme Speed
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Punch
-Earthquake

I actually have to disagree with some of the thing suggested in Terra's Singles recommendations. There is a complete guide on Mastering The Maison: A comprehensive Guide to the Kalos Battle Maison | Smogon Forums
As for doubles, I can't help you there. Spread moves like Discharge and Earthquake are immensely useful, as are Protect, Fake Out, and Wide Guard(to a lesser extent). Mega Kangaskhan is still overpowered in Doubles, and Choice items are worse because of difficulty in switching out.

@sharkshocker;
@TerraTF;
@AnybodyAgrees;

Can I ask for another advice regarding Super Multi in the Battle Maison? There's a new theory that if you win battle streaks with a partner, you'll be able to unlock the corresponding pss icon of the partner you won with.

I know AI is mostly about luck and all, but the teams of the NPC don't seem to be too bad. I want two pokemon that would be able to fight with Steven's team (predefined)

Aerodactyl with Focus Sash
Rock Slide, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang

Mega Metagross
Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Hammer Arm, Zen Headbutt

Can I get recommendations? Also, who should lead - Aero or Mega?

You'll want to lead with M-Kanga and Aero if possible. Back ups should be M-Metagross and a hard hitting special attacker.

Okay, regarding super doubles advice I got 31 wins with a team consisting of physical M-Sceptile, Azumarill, Gallade, and Sylveon.
The actual sets I'd recommend are here:

Sceptile @ Sceptilite
Ability: Overgrow
Level: 50
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain
- Dragon Pulse
- Leaf Storm
- Protect

Azumarill @ Sea Incense
Ability: Huge Power
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
- Superpower
- Protect

Gallade @ Expert Belt (Expert Belt is used because Galladite is unavailable until one of the Super Battles sequences has been completed)
Ability: Steadfast
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Psycho Cut
- Close Combat
- Protect

Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SpA / 8 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe (The actual Sylveon I used had Hidden Power Electric, but this is moot as you will be spamming Hyper Voice most of the time)
- Hyper Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Oh wow that's cool, let us know if you if it works! :D

Yeah I'm thinking along the same lines as Terra, a strong Fake Out user in the lead will help swing momentum in your favor from the start. You have options for the second Pokemon, though for items I'd recommend Life Orb over a Choice item. Extra power is nice but having flexibility is a good bonus if you ever find your leads losing too early. I'm a little jetlagged so can't come up with things off the top of my head but I hope this helps for now :p

Leaves you with choices like LO Greninja or one of the Lati Twins holding a LO. I'd recommend a Lati Twin, go Latios if you want all out power or Latias if you want power with a side of support.
