Seeking Ditto and Eeeve from other countries

I've been wanting a ditto and a timid nature Eevee in order to have a better chance to get my 1st shiny.

I have Gen V white version. I don't know what I can offer in return? Don't ask for anything to fancy,please. I do have pokemon with the Poke Virus.

I'll post my FC code to whoever can help me.
