Seeking Shiny Eevee and others

ok so im looking for pokemon under two categories. Shiny and normal. The normal ones are just pokemon i haven't aquirred so whether theyre shiny or not ill take it lol. For the shiny lest, if you dont have the basic form and only have the evolved form, thats fine. My ending goal is to evolve it. Example. If you dont have a shiny Pupitar but have a shiny larvitar or tyranitar, ill take it.

I have a Kyogre and Groudon non shiny and i can breed you a chimchar but it wont be shiny :/ for the kyogre and groudon plz offer legendaries that are fair and just offer whatever for the chimchar and we will see.
