Seisure episode thread

I was surfing the web when I found a clip on Wikipedia that shows the clip that caused the seisures in 1999. At first I was affraid: what if I'll get a seisure from watching it? I watched it, and apart from the laud sound I felt O.K. Actualy, it's no flashier than what they show on E! (which they say it could cause seisures.
I think 2 things:
1. the original production people are idiots; Porygon did not make the flashes and should have been shown on the series. Because of one thing that happened a long time ago they haven't showd Porygon, nor it's evolutions.
2. the episode could actualy be seen outside of Japan, all the American team have to do is to post a warning at the beginning of the episode, like E! do with their E! News shows.

I'm thinking of starting a petition on Facebook to have Porygon and its evolutions in a future episode of the anime.

I think you need further education on the topic of this episode, so you can gain a clearer understanding of why it'll never see the light of day again, either in Japan or anywhere else.

This only happened to kids who was putting there faces too close to the t.v. screens when they were watching that episode. I watched it and I didn't get one. But this seriously upsetted me because my family and a bunch of jews stopped me for watching pokemon for a whole month.
