I'm going to enter the mono-type team with this team of Electric types. The rules are:
1) You must have AT LEAST 4 Pokemon of your chosen types
2) If you have any Pokemon not of your chosen type, they must have a move of your chosen type
3) No legends/Wobbu/Wynaut
My team is:
Electrode@Focus Sash
Hasty
252 Atk
252 Spe
4 HP
Static
Screech
Explosion
Thunderbolt
Taunt
My lead, Taunt to counter setups, Screech if possible, and BOOM!!! Basically, one of those "We have to kill something with this, right?" sets.
Porygon-Z@Choice Specs
Modest
252 SpA
252 Spe
4 Def
Tri Attack
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
HP Fighting/Dark Pulse/Psychic
Adaptability
Tri Attack beast, others for coverage.
Gyarados@Life Orb
Adamant
252 Atk
252 Spe
4 Def
Intimidate
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Earthquake
Thunder Wave
A famous Gyara set, I replaced Stone Edge/Ice Fang because most of the coverage is redundant and I need an Elec move. Also a great Elec lure for Vire.
Electivire@Expert Belt
Adamant
252 Atk
252 Spe
4 HP
Motor Drive
Thunderpunch
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
Earthquake
Gets the elec powerup from Gyara and procedes to pwn. A favorite of mine.
Jolteon@Leftovers
Timid
252 SpA
252 Spe
4 HP
Volt Absorb
Baton Pass
Charge Beam
Substitute
Wish
Relatively standard Baton Passing Jolt. Charge Beam to power up Porygon even more and Wish to keep it alive.
Magnezone@Life Orb
Mild
252 SpA
126 Spe
130 HP
Magnet Pull
Thunderbolt
Signal Beam
Magnet Rise
Metal Sound
Max SpA, Magnet Rise to solve his massive weakness to Earthquake, Metal Sound to lower SpD on opponents.
Here's also a list of my team's weaknesses and its counters;
Electrode: Doesn't need counters, meant to die
Porygon-Z: Fighting
Possibly Psychic, but otherwise nothing
Gyarados: Electric, Rock
Supposed to have opponent's team scouted for Elecs already so I can switch to Electivire. Waterfall for Rocks.
Electivire: Ground
Ice Punch
Jolteon: Ground
Not meant to stay long, either gets killed or BP's out of there.
Magnezone: Ground, Fire
Magnet Rise for Ground, hoping they rely on the 4x instead of the 2x.
