If you've watched the Orange Islands arc of the anime, then you'll know who I'm talking about. The kid brother and assistant of one of the Orange Crew members, Cissy. That mischievious brat who thinks WAY too highly of his older sister (as well as all the other trainers in the Orange Crew )for his own good. Tends to play annoying pranks on any non-Orange Islands trainer approaching his sister's neck of the Orange Islands, and will not hesitate to heckle any trainer who falls for them. For instance, in the episode, "Fit to be Tide", Ash falls for one of Senta's coconut pranks and the twerp heckles him for it!
