I was searching for images on Google and found this:

It's called Pokemon Platinum.
It will be out in Japan in September 2008 (slack:bheart
It's only a rumor, but it could be true!
Acording to www.pokemondiamondpearl.info/,

An unconfirmed CoroCoro scan was leaked on Japanese blogs, it's currently unconfirmed if it's official or not until the CoroCoro magazine releases on 15th May 2008.

The game is expected to be released in autumn this year (most likely September 2008).
