I feel she is a good female companion so far. Much better then Iris was. The only problem I have is that the writers have to develop her character more quicker. I dislike that it takes time for her to capture a new pokemon. A good example would be her catching Pancham in the latest episode. Her goal so far is becoming more obvious right now due to the latest episode. Which is unique because it's not battle related like her last three predecessors's, which I'm fine with. The whole crush thing with Ash is good but I hope it goes somewhere and not be completely blown over like I'm currently thinking.
