Crap, no Sailor Moon...Yu Yu Hakusho, then.

I wanna be a Spirit Detective who ends up...

SPOILER ALERT!

56% Demon!

Descendants of Darkness does. Tsuzuki can use his fuda and different spirits such as Touda and Suzaku. WARNING: It is a yaoi/shonen ai series.

DN Angel.

Hakuouki - it has supernatural elements in it, and it is reverse harem. (one girl with several boys)

Fullmoon O sagashite - it's not exactly magical shoujo, though... is it?

The World God Only Knows - wait, does this count as magical shoujo? Because the girl using magic isn't exactly the one who's saving the world XDD

Pandora Hearts with people having their chains power.

The short series Mononoke is about a (supposedly) human man with a magical sword slaying demons, so it could count. It's a pretty surreal anime, though, so it might not appeal to everybody. And Princess Tutu might count?

YuYu Hakusho (superpowers... along with some magic), Dragon Ball serieses (superpowers (ki) and magic (the Dragon Balls themselves), Soul Eater (magic, as well as characters having exaggerated abilities), Death Note (magic but no superpowers), One Piece (definitely some magic as well as superpowers), nearly all of the Studio Ghibli films involve magic (although they aren't a series)

Princess Tutu (magic and reality altering powers), Death Note(supernatural), Code Geass (The Geass power), Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni has supernatural happenings, but the characters themselves don't have powers.

D.Gray-Man, where the main characters are exorcists with a power known as Innocence. I love that series.

Are you looking for a serious one, or one that's plot is lacking, but is still enjoyable?
