Apparently the person is Jason Rodriguez, 40 years old, and was a employee of one of the places he shot up.

Okay seriously what is wrong with people when they hit that 39/40 year old age?

What is up with workers shooting up the places that they work at this week? This is terrible.

I live in Orlando, and unfortunately shootings here are commonplace. However a shooting like this was definately very unusual and terrifying.

1 person has been confirmed dead, while 5 have been injured. Fortunately, the 5 wounded are in stable condition.
