Contest Seviper vs. Zangoose

Which one do you choose? Seviper in my opinion looks cooler, has a sharper body part, and is (out of the game) tougher.

I'm gonna be honest on this one. All I know is that these two apparently hate each other. Seviper was a Pokemon exclusive to Sapphire, while Zangoose was exclusive to Ruby. But since they are linked to each other, I had to make this.

- Which one do you like more?
- Which one does better in competitive battles?
- Which one has a better design?

Mongooses and snakes don't get along in real life. If I'm not mistaken, the former hunts the latter.

There's a story called Riki Tiki Tavi that's all about a mongoose vs two serpents and it's struggle to save a human family from them.

Anyway, I'll say Seviper. Not because I particularly like it better, but becasue Sapphire was my first Gen III game so I'm biased. I don't much care about either of them anyway

I'm wanting to say Seviper, but it's all because of bias, as Sapphire was my first third generation game. I have to go with Zangoose; we had never a mongoose Pokemon before, and its design is much cooler.

Both are really awesome. Zangoose is better than Seviper at battling. Seviper has an awesome movepool.

Zangoose is the better battler, and better looking of the two imo. Plus irl, Mongooses (geese?) kill snakes, so, you know, seviper would die and what not :D
 
Seviper. It has a freakin' knife for a tail. Hard to top that.
 
Zangoose. It looks cool and stuff so yeah and stuff and stuff.
 
And again, this has already been done. Please make sure your threads haven't already been done before you post them. Is that so hard?
 
It says that this thread was made first (but put in the wrong section), because 12:33PM comes before 4:23PM. So the other one should have looked first.


I like Zangoose's movepool better, but I guess seeing Seviper in the anime more has pull me toward it. Plus the tail is cool. But the design of Zangoose is better imo.
 
They're both really cool because of their rivalry. I really don't know who to chose, but it might be Zangoose.
 
Snakes aren't completely helpless to mongooses. Only the really small ones. Did you ever see an anaconda in the belly of a mongoose? I think it would be quite different. And the original thread for this was in the wrong section, at least I know where to put it.

Zangoose, Close Combat alone trumps five types.

Seviper. I always love snakes.
And Zangoose is one those pokemons that I always forgot.
 
I chose Zangoose, although I kind of regret choosing it since I think Seviper is a snake, but at least Zangoose got points for being cool.
 
As I explained to my dad yesterday; "A massive snake that breaths fire and causes earthquakes, that is Seviper"

Seviper is just te awsums.
