I had been browsing some of the Groups and noticed that their is no specific Guideline in how to, when to, or what to have [as] a Group.

I'm not suggesting that there should be 'requirements' for a Group (though that may not be a bad idea), but something along the lines of 'Do not create a Group in order to harass others' would do well I think. This is technically covered by the 'General Forum Rules', and may be repetitive to post if such a rule thread was made, but I do feel that it would be beneficial.
I look to the Soap Box as an example of a Forum/Area that needed a more refined Rule Set compared to the 'General Forum Rules'.

Perhaps SG Rules are already available, but I have not been able to find any. I apologize if this is the case.

Do you believe Social Groups should have their own set of Rules (not superseding General Rules unless specifically stating)?
What are some specific rules that you believe would help Social Groups become better?

Thank you for your time.

Personally, I do agree with some rules being put down in terms of social groups.
There are no guidelines to what can be created, so alot of "social groups" aren't really social groups at all, destroying their purpose completely.

Lately I've seen social groups such as "This Social Group Has No Meaning" and I'm like "What?", because last I recall, Social Groups are groups where people who share the same interests can talk. O:

Yes. I believe we should Define what a ''Social Group'' is, what is not allowed to be a ''Social Group'', and a reminder about Forum Etiquette and the like.
