The Cyndaquil is a bit off-model, and the line quality is pretty scratchy, and not in a stylistic way. It shows potential, but next time try putting him in your own pose, and not the exact same pose as the Sugimori artwork.

As for the second one... I don't even know what's going on. It looks like a plant man with really inconvenient legs and clown makeup has just been told to freeze by the cops.

His torso just disappears behind the spiral legs, though it should probably round off or something, but it shouldn't just not be there past the gap.

You made the image 2400x1984, but it doesn't have the level of detail to justify its size. And just like Cyndaquil, the line quality is REALLY sketchy. What IS that thing on his head? What are those dots on his feet? It needs a lot more detail and it needs to be smaller.

oh yeah i know they are not that good because i only took like 2 min to draw them and i did draw one with my own pose but i lost it

@poliwag thanks and i do not like all art mostly drawing i made a tsutarja pic it is a little less sketchy and he is in my on pose but i erased some things under it so it looks kinda bad but i made him look towards you if you would like to see it just ask and i will upload

Well, there's your problem. If you want a drawing to turn out any good, you need to spend more than two minutes on it. Don't just scrape your pencil across the paper a bunch of times where you want a line.

Lightly draw in circles and ovals to give the drawing form. Sketch light lines around that to fill in other body parts, and when you are sure everything is where you want it to be, THEN draw in a single smooth line where you want a line.

I'll credit you with the fact that you tried doing your own pose. It's hard to tell through the sketchyness, but those don't look much like Tsutaaja's eyes, though. Did you use reference?

And again, you REALLY need to make your pictures smaller.

Good rule of thumb: Scale it down to 1000 px or less on the longest side.
