We have a discussion like this going on in the Shaman King social group too (just in case you wanted to join in).
 
This thread is for everyone, not just social group people
my favourite character is probably Yoh (I know I'm the cliche guy who likes the main character)
but I like who hes all laid back n junk :D
as far as spirits go Lee Pai Long is my fav :smokin:
 
I kinda like the anime much better.
My favourite is Zeke Asakura and Basson. PM me for a ton of Shaman King praise.:cheers:
 
Yeah, my favorite characters were Yoh as well, fallowed by Manta and Horohoro... but I guess those are all plain choices, I don't know, I like them, mainly because of their personalities and powers (well, save manta), but I haven't really read or seen anything Shaman King for quite a few years now so... :p

As I said, I also like Pailong, Hao, Yo, Horohoro, Ren, Jun, Anna, Faust, Amidamaru, Kororo, Mosuke, those three girls that follow Hao around. I think the ones name is Mira or something. . >.> I can't remember. I also like Milly of the 'Lilly five' and Lilly, I think her name was. I can't remember them either. >< Tamao is adorable, Chocolove is hilarious, and there are probably a lot that I am missing.

Oh, 'Mira' is actually 'Mari'. XD I was close, though. And when I say 'Lilly', that's actually Sally. . >.> Thank you, Wikipedia.

why do people watch te anime when they have never read the manga?
the manga is sooo muc better, because the anime takes alot of things out!
not just in america either, in japan they skipped some stuff to
this time its not a 4kkids rant :smokin:
 
I can't read manga often. It gives me a headache from all the black and white pictures.

It airs on Jetix Turkey English Broadcast everyday. I never get bored of reruns!:)
I have read the manga. I'm not saying that The anime is superior, its just that the anime seems more entertaining. That's all. But who wouldn't want to see all the forms of the Spirit of Fire as well?
