Only the Kyogre and Gyarados are shiny. How do you check the IV spread?

The in-game 'Stat judge' says outstanding potential overall, greatest potential in speed.

It means that your Kyogre has 31 IV's in speed. Any other offer? Manaphy? Or other legend?

I don't have Manaphy. The other legendaries I have are Mewtwo, Yveltal, Zygarde and the Kanto bird trio.
