Inspired by the hacked shedinja strategy I encountered, I have come up with an interesting shedinja doubles strat.

Lead1: MrMime (ICU) holding brightpowder
A:filter
N ???
Moves:
double team
substitute
baton pass
safeguard

doubleteam spam with first turn protection because of ragepowder. when evasivness is high use substitute, safeguard then baton pass out.

lead2: amoongus (doom shroom) holding ???
A: effect spore
N: ???
Moves:
Rage powder
?
?
?

Use rage powder to draw fire from mrmime until finished double teaming

Basculin(Fishy) holding quick claw
A:Adaptability
N:???
moves:
Aqua tail
soak
Aqua jet
?

uses soak on shedinja

Shedinja
A:wonder guard
N:???
moves
mud slap
Arial ace
shadow ball
protect

Once soaked and substituted shedinja will be near-invincible. only electric and grass damage it and it knows mudslap and arial ace respectivley.

any other suggestions?
 
Haha I enjoy this just make sure your Amoongus does not go down first turn by some crazy event lol Then Mr. Mime could be exposed to being hit. Love it though.
 
Just as an afterthought, if a pokemon with lightningrod fought alongside the shedinja, he would only be vulnerable to discharge or grass type moves.
