In ruby, how do you get evolve your nincada into a shendinja? I did the thing with an empty space and an extra pokeball but it didn't work. i also tried giving nincada the pokeball, but alas, it did not work. How do i do it then??
 
You have to have an empty slot in your party and a pokeball, when you level up your nincada to a ninjask, if you have the free slot and the pokeball in your bag, it will be there. You don't have to give the pokeball to any pokemon beforehand, jsut have one and an empty space in your party. Nincada will always evolve into a ninjask, the shedinja is nincadas ghostly shell alive in a pokeball (or something like that) it will know all moves your nincada/jask does when it evolved.
 
yea.......I had only 2 pokemon (Marshtomp and Nincada), when I evolved nincada, I got a Ninjask, but a party full of Shedinja O_o
 
So, you can get more than 1....and here I thought you could only get 1.
