In this case it's kinda funny to put the word "spoiler" in the title since, of course, I'm referring to Spoiler. 
Yes, the Spoiler that had been showing up in the last few issues of Robin and Gotham Underground was revealed to indeed be Stephanie Brown. Turns out she never died after all, her death was faked by Leslie Thompkins. At least it was a normal explanation, unlike the one they gave for Jason Todd.
Batman: "I have a lot of questions, Stephanie."
Stephanie: "I'm sure you do. But will you answer one of mine first? I'm back. But am I welcome back?"
Batman: "If you want it."
Stephanie: "I want it."
Batman: "Maybe some time to think--"
Stephanie: "I've had all the time I need."
She's a great character, I'm happy she's back. I loved Tim's reaction when she pulled off her mask.
