Okay that is pretty vague. You need to be more specific in what you would like.

I would suggest starting off by looking in the shops thread as many people have spent there hard work on getting those elusive shiny Pokémon.

i second master kenobi, many times people in these shops can work with you(even if you dont have anything completely extraordinary). some shops even have these "shiny pokemon" with egg moves which is also good.
