I use a AR to do it,but there are other ways too.

Offtopic but, I'm wondering if my cloning theory works.
Turn off saving for IR trade on one DS, keep it on on the other. Have the person with it off trade the wanted pokemon. Then right after the trade they turn off their DS. It may work.
