Shiny Costumes in Pokemon Battle Revolution

Apparently, there are shiny versions of the Pokemon costumes. Does anyone know how you unlock them?
 
The guide says to battle the Leaders over and over in Level 50 Flat until they appear wearing the shiny costumes.
 
I see. That makes sense seeing as how actual shinies are random.
